Location was perfect, sea just across the street! It was a bit too small, noise from nearby beach club could be heard daily till late.

Right on the beach The staff in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner weren’t friendly or helpful. We booked a table to watch a football game in the World Cup, they turned off the tv due to a restriction 3 mins before the end of the game. We had booked based on them saying would show it. They were very rude about it

DON’T TAKE THE BREAKFAST AND GO TO THE RESTAURANT. Stories about service here are true… It took an hour for breakfast. You get a poor toast with ham, that’s it! Awful service. “Sorry” as the girl said… Hotel part was good and the location is great. Take the room without breakfast and enjoy it elsewhere, for sure.

Location and very friendly helpful staff

The location is great, right next to the beach, which is definitely what you are paying for. The AC and ceiling fan worked very well. The bathroom was also quite good and clean. The restaurant was decent, and the breakfast was reasonable, although it is not a buffet. If you just want a small and quick breakfast, it is enough. The eggs, bread, and local orange juice were good, although the coffee could have been better. The room was much smaller than expected, it did not look like the pictures. I requested one large bed but ended up with two single beds pushed together. The walls are very thin, so you can hear pretty much everything from the surrounding rooms and from the corridor. The humidity in the room was also quite high. Overall, the location (the beach) is the main reason to stay here.

We booked and paid a premium price (SEK 16,836.13 / €1,509.14) for a spacious 22 m² room that explicitly included a sofa according to our official booking confirmation. What we actually received was room 207—a tiny room that was a fraction of the promised size, so cramped that two suitcases could not even be opened on the floor at the same time. The promised sofa was completely non-existent. When we arrived, the staff blamed a "system error" and stated this was the only room available. Having no choice after a long journey, we took the key, resulting in our 7-night holiday being severely impacted by the terrible room standard. When we contacted management regarding a partial refund for this clear breach of contract, they refused any responsibility. Instead of apologizing for delivering a sub-standard product, management chose to be defensive, claiming that an advertised sofa is "not a guaranteed feature" and trying to blame us for not complaining every single day of our stay. If you book this hotel, be aware that the room specifications and photos listed online cannot be trusted. If they downgrade you or fail to deliver what you paid for, management will offer zero customer service and will instead lie to protect their revenue. Avoid this place if you expect to actually get the room you pay for.

The location, very friendly staff, clean in the rooms and the orange juice:) The breakfast and how it was served by the morning shift. It’s not a buffet, but you order from the menu which is not rich at all. And very often the glasses were not clean, cutlery was missing and the staff mostly did not speak English.

Great location and beautiful fit out, especially the restaurant, that was decorated beautifully. Rooms on the smaller side but this was also due to us having a porta cot for our baby

Good location for the beach and restaurants. Far too expensive for the facilities and quality of the room. We paid £300 a night! So we expected a boutique hotel. It wasn’t. Asked for a double room given a twin. Although the hotel did advise a double can’t be guaranteed, given the small size of the establishment and how far ahead we booked they must have know they weren’t going to give us a double and should have advised it wasn’t possible before we paid. The bottom bed sheet was not fitted so bunched up in the night. Room had a sea view as requested, but the sea view is only after looking over a flat roof first, so not really a great view. Also lots of pigeons bothering you on the balcony and the balcony floor was not particularly clean. Expected a nice place to sit with a few a cold beers from the minibar but it wasn’t that pleasant at all and there was no minibar! There was a fridge in the room but it wasn’t cold and only had 2 bottles of water in only- that weren’t replaced the next day. Tea and Coffee facilities but no milk. Requested breakfast at 7.30 but was told too early and not possible. Hotel is in a very noisy location. The noise was not too bad once the door was shut and didn’t really bother us; but something to be aware of if you’re adverse to a loud beach club close by. If I had paid £100 a night it would have been fine but the price is indicated it was going to be a much nicer hotel than it turned out to be.

Friendly staff, good location, clean rooms. Sea-oriented rooms can hear music from the nearby dance club till late night hours. We slept with open windows and didn’t mind at all, but people with light sleep should probably choose rooms at the opposite side of hotel.

The breakfast was tasty, but the variety and the size of it were not very satisfying. Moreover, the service was very slow (one morning, I waited more than 15 minutes for a waiter to take my order).

The hotel is very well placed (near the beach). The room is not large, but enough for what you need on a vacation. The receptionists were very nice, eager to help you, and they spoke English very well. I had an inner court-oriented room, and the noise level was decent during the weekend. The breakfast was tasty, but the variety and the size of it were not very satisfying. Moreover, the service was very slow (one morning, I waited more than 15 minutes for a waiter to take my order).

Very cute hotel, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a 10/10. Location also amazing if you want to be next to the beach. Beds were not as comfortable as expected.
