The bad was comfortable, the area was safe and nice, You could hear every noise, voice, phone, tv from neighbours, this was frustrating

The rooms really have different nice styles, Hotel is having an automatic check-in, we stayed in 104 it’s probably the best room. They have one room with Jacuzzi but I won’t use it anyways Location is really in the middle of nowhere, it was hard to find working Supermarket around 9pm

We liked the location and the recommendation from the staff who was very helpful with everything we needed, also the cleaning was great. The bed was big and comfortable. Very secure + easy check in/check out. Very well communicated with different parts of the city. It didn't look exactly like in the pictures, we expected something more from the overall look. There's no window and the 'balcony' goes out to nothing. It wasnt as clean as wrong would have liked tho (smelly bottle of something in the fridge for example...)

This place is not family at all looks more place you can take a prostitute to have fun , a lot of sex screams all nite from different rooms. and not have a front desk it's all by what's up app. and air dosent works well with noises

Belen was super friendly and super helpful. The room was comfortable and well decorated. It was not in a touristed area but there were several nice restaurants nearby.

Exceptional

Very comfortable, clean, friendly staff and I loved the commodity of the self check-in. Everything was good except it was difficult to get hot water to shower. I had to leave it running for around 5 minutes and I don't like to waste water.

Poor

The room had a desk, a chair, some shelving and dresser space, and the bed was very comfortable. The decor is too fun - we were in the Babylon Room - and loved the kitsch. The reception person, in our case it was Belen, was fantastically helpful - giving us so many tips of what to do nearby and in the city, and overall was absolutely wonderful. The room was large, and the bathroom was large, and had a great shower.

Room and bathroom were very clean, bed was large and comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with and provided useful information and answered requests. Public transport networks from the property were very good so although it is out of the way it is very easy to get around Valencia. Room itself didn’t have a mirror and there was no bedside light or safe of any kind. The property was quite far away from the centre making it difficult to get back from late nights.

The room was really nice, however the remote for the AC didnt work and they didnt solve it until next day and after making me wait for them for two hours. When I told them they should find some compensation they refused. Air conditioner not working, stuff making me wait for them. Rude.

The staff was very helpful. Although it wasn’t in the centre, you could easily get to the centre in around 20 min walk or by bus even sooner. When we asked for another room, because due to the design the current one was dark, they gave another without hesitation. Its price was the best among other options when we booked. We felt that the practicality was sacrified in favor of the design, we would have appreciated less statues and more of a table, or wardrobe, a glass to drink from. The rooms were on the first floor, and the window looked at a relatively small inner courtyard, due to which fresh air could not really get into the room. Around the middle of the stay we found coakroches in the bathroom, first tinier then around mid size. According to the staff, unfortunately it is common in Valencia during this time of the year. Anyhow, the cockroaches, the lack of fresh air, and the lack of useful space to put our clothes to, made our stay uncomfortable.
