Good location, close to many bicycle zones, clean rooms You can hear everyone walking

Don’t have daily light enough because window is looking on inside part of building, but if you don’t spend time too much in the room it is ok.

First, the good parts. In the hallway there is a shared fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Everything was clean and easy to use. There is also an ironing board and iron, which was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We had three pillows. There was a small desk and chair, good enough for simple work or making sandwiches. There is also space for bags, shoes, and a closet. The TV was big and worked well. The bathroom was large and extremely clean. I would honestly give the bathroom a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. Towels were replaced every second day, and sheets were changed every three days. Overall cleaning was very good, with just a small bit of dust noticed under the bed. Hot water worked on the first day. On the second day, we had an issue and called the cleaning staff. They explained you need to wait about 20 minutes for the water to heat up, which solved the problem. Heating is done through the air conditioning and takes about 5 to 10 minutes to fully warm the room. Now the main issue. There are two apartments in Valencia under the same name, but only one address is shown on Booking.com. We booked based on the address shown on Booking.com. Only after booking did we receive a different address by email. We did not notice this because we assumed there was only one location. We arrived at the Booking.com address without jackets and with bags full of laundry, since we planned everything around that location. Luckily, there was someone there who told us we were at the wrong place. If he wasn’t there, it would have taken us much longer to figure it out. This caused unnecessary stress and anxiety and was a very bad first impression. The second location is about 15 minutes farther away and across the bridge, which we would not have chosen if we knew in advance. This should be clearly explained befor Now the main issue. No problem, we checked in and checked out ourselves. The city center, sights and the beach were 2.5 to 3.5 km away, so you can visit them on foot. We were there for 7 days, and the apartment was cleaned every day. There was a microwave and a refrigerator in the lobby, which all guests used, and there was never a problem using them. We would come to this apartment again.

Good value for the price. It is clean. The customer service was really bad. We had communication problems with front desk person. We saw someone there only first day and there was no one at all the other days. I messaged when i needed something but response was slow.

The only downside was that the lock on the door didnt work and we couldnt fully lock the door at night.

I loved the location. Lots of restaurants, cafes and places to shop nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable The hotel could have better towels, they were worn and torn

The passcode and card given were not working. There is no one at reception so we had to call and wait for a new card to arrive (they said 30 min so we went to have lunch and arrived 2 hours later, the card was there for us). The person on the line was friendly and solve the problem but we lost significant time during all the process. We were lucky to have a local sim to call, otherwise we would have been in serious trouble.

It was very clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and check out.

Horrible toilet located outside the bedroom , walking distance15 meters away of the room. dirty, and hairs in the shower sink.

Booked day of because of cancelled flight. So easy to check-in and to check-out. Room was really nice and towels were provided. Thank you! The shower was a little gross but that's it.
