I liked the most pleasent, helpful staff of hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Everything in superlative. Breakfast was good Balcony is small , u can not dry ur swimsuot anywhere and sometimes smells from kitchens entered the room if the door of balcony was open. We were on the 1st floor and it was city view...unfortunatelly, we looked in containers.

Location, very welcoming staff, everything is so clean, and food served for breakfast was amazing! It is a bit pricey but it’s worth the price.

Great location, lovely clean friendly staff Breakfast was fine. But evening meal wasn’t as it looked on the website, wouldn’t recommend having evening meals in the hotel, sky terris bar.

An excellent small boutique hotel enhanced by very kind, attentive and helpful staff. The location is on the beach, with plenty of nearby restaurants and away from the bustle of the town itself. But, the latter is easily accessible via the excellent (and inexpensive) nearby local transport system.

room was clean. staff were very accommodating as we had to extend our stay by a day and had to move rooms, but they went and above ensuring we could check in earlier so we werent out of a room for long they were doing works on the terrace restaurant which was noisy and not ideal and a health hazard.

Comfortable & clean hotel, front of staff house were excellent, friendly and helpful. Location was good close to beach and good transport links to city. The two receptionists were amazing and a credit to the hotel (sorry didn't catch their names). Decor was very nice throughout with some quirky touches. Lovely view over the beach from the breakfast room. View from the room (non existent, we looked at wall/enclosed square in the middle of the building, you have to pay extra on an already pretty expensive room rate to get a sea or city view), breakfast choice was limited and service was a shambles most days - waited 40 mins for tomatoes & ricotta on toast and my husband's scrambled egg & bacon (bearing in mind they only have around 18-20 breakfast covers per sitting), when I asked why it was taking so long I was told the toast takes longer! We did raise this with reception at the time. We needed to use the courtesy room (which is also the disabled toilet facility) after checkout as we had a late flight and had to wait while chairs & tables were taken out of the room (I have to say the 2 ladies on reception did this willingly and apologised for the wait, but surely accessible facilities should be accessible)?

Location was great- view was a million dollar view! We had odd problems at check in. Curtains blocking the ocean view and door were jammed closed, phone did not work, TV was not working and a the only free standing light did not work.
