Fabulous location with restaurant. Late night:early morning Noise from nearby Beach Club but ear plugs provided.

The staff was mostly nice, depending on the day. The AC and the power in the room worked. The location was also good, close to the beach and a bus stop. The room was facing the inner court, with small windows, barely getting any natural light. The door would not lock sometimes, I would have to open it and close it several times for it to lock. The shower door was not keeping the water in, with it going inside the room (also no shampoo). Parties were going on both at ground level and at the top floor, making resting inside the room a challenge.

Room and bed was so comfortable, and right next to beach boardwalk. For a hotel with a restaurant, they struggled with breakfast all three days. Restaurant doesn’t seem to be aware of room discount either. Front desk and housekeeping great - but disappeared at checkout. Four rooms waiting 20 minutes as other staff ignored us, apparently waiting for one person who can check us out to return from break.

The staff is wonderful. Breakfast is fabulous. The music from the nightclub is loud and ruins the feel for the place.

The location on the beach was amazing. It was also a short walk into the beach town area. The hotel had a very modern style, which I liked. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful with nice staff. One could hear between the walls of the rooms. I was there during the off season, so there wasn’t much issue, but I imagine when it’s busy it can be disruptive at night .

Excellent location, right by the beach. Friendly personnel. Nice breakfast. Not all the rooms have windows that face the beach, mine was facing inner courtyard. It did not bother me though since I only slept in the room

The hotel was easy to communicate with, and the front staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room looked exactly like the pictures, with a great jacuzzi, a balcony overlooking the ocean, and a TV where you can log into Netflix. We didn’t have any issues with the club or DJ music that some reviews mentioned. You could hear it faintly, but it wasn’t a problem and they even provide earplugs. We also never heard our neighbors. The hotel restaurant was excellent. The staff, especially at breakfast, were very friendly. Breakfast (paid) was just the right amount and delicious, you can also order à la carte. There was also evening entertainment and DJ music. Notes: If you’re told your room is on the first floor, it’s actually the second (the ground floor is the check-in desk and the hotel restaurant). Beach towels were provided at the front desk, and the beach is just a 3-minute walk directly across the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and ATMs in walking distance. The area also has a lively nightlife scene. Old Town/city center is only about a 20-minute taxi ride away (recommend downloading the FreeNow app for rides). If you’re active, bring your running shoes. There were lots of people biking, jogging, and playing volleyball nearby. We absolutely loved Valencia! The people, the food, and the vibe. Would definitely recommend Hotel Boutique Sabbia València and hope to come back!

Fabulous little hotel! The room was very nice, comfy bed, cold aircon. Included breakfast was nice too. Would stay there again for sure.

A cozy hotel with modern rooms, the sea views and the bathtub in the room were amazing. Great for a romantic getaway for two. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast was great with fresh fruit, croissants, yogurt and tostadas, served with fresh juice. Amazing! It’s a great hotel!

Very noise when beach club is on no let up with the music day and night. If you like small rooms with one pillow each and a rock hard bed then it’s the place for you. Could do with a little more attention to detail.

Located well on the promenade No mirror in the bathroom and very small as well. Impossible to shave today morning. Breakfast included in theory, but in practice no choices. Just a coffe with a sad orange juice. Asked for a croissant, just for eating something, ZERO. completely unpleasant wakeup

On the beach, really easy access Rooms felt a bit claustrophobic, its a bit old building probably residential which was changed to a hotel I guess
