The hotel location was excellent. Don't let yourself be fooled by the narrow street where it is located, it's very quiet and safe. It's just outside Valencia old quarters, and you just cross a street where the medieval walls used to be and you're there. The room was very big and spacious. Even though we were on the first floor, just above the main entrance to the hotel, we never heard a noise. The room was kept in pristine condition. The walk-in shower was big and so was the whole bathroom. The buffet breakfast was really worth the price. There was a hot station with eggs in at least two preparations, hot stewed veggies, baked beans, and some savory flat bread. The cold station was made up of cold cuts (charcuterie style) and a spread of several cheeses. There were five different fresh fruits to choose from and a wide selection fo fresh juices, as well as yoghourt and cereal. Coffee was machine, and it was probably the least appetizing of it all. Staff was always attentive if one needed an extra something. The reception staff was always attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the stay was a pleasant one. The only think I thought needed improvement was wifi. It was easy to connect, but it often dropped service while using it. It might have been an issue with the router of the floor we were in, but it was somewhat frustrating, when using it for work and, most specially, when on a work video call.

Honestly, everything! The location definitely takes the cake, but everything was great! The staff was friendly, the room clean and the facilities great.

Location was great, room was very comfortable and had all amenities that you need. Nice rooftop bar area and pool. Trash bins a short distance from the entrance on the street.

Its attractive decor, spacious and well equipped room. Nothing bothered me.

The breakfast was not what other hotels are. The food selection was not great, but overall I would recommend and probably stay here again.

Location is amazing for exploring Valencia, facilities / room are really nice, clean and comfortable, quiet street, fresh melon for breakfast Breakfast could be better - there is some variety of choice but food could taste bet (jamon, eggs, tea, bread...could taste better)

Location location location. Close to both train station and everything else. Simply perfect. Large rooms and perfectly done No complaints

Thin walls between rooms. Noisy roommates can ruin a nice stay.
