Hotel Medium Valencia

The staff, room and swimming pool were amazing. Perfect location is you want to go to the Roig Arena ir the City of Science. Unfortunately, the aircon didn't work. I raised the issue on the 2nd day but it wasn't fixed on time

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cleanliness and a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was a real highlight — delicious, fresh and with a great variety of breads, pastries, desserts, coffee and many other options. I really enjoyed my stay. The only small downside was that the swimming pool closes at 8:00 p.m. I think it would be great if it stayed open a little longer, especially during the summer and for guests visiting Valencia for a short weekend stay.

Disappointing

Great location, convenient to lots of Barcelona highlights. Easy entry. Helpful reception. Quiet building. Comfortable bed and air conditioning. Bathrooms were only ok. Glass doors were not ideal especially for the second bathroom in the main living area. Very small elevator but we worked around that. Reception only available during core hours.

Room was great with a balcony - we booked a suite as we have a toddler which meant after he went to bed we could still stay up without also going to sleep at 8pm. Room was really clean, beds really comfy. Great air con. The pools were great - a small one for our toddler to get his confidence and then a big one for him to swim about in. Staff were always pleasant and very helpful. We booked the hotel because of its proximity to the aquarium and science museum. However, the surrounding area is very residential and some of the squares didn't feel the best to be walking through. We walked to the Turia gardens and up into the old town this way.

We liked the breakfast. Also the swimming pool was a nice bonus, but it would be more enjoyable in the morning. Start the program earlier. The location was nice and the stuff was on point. The schedule of the swimming pool. It could be longer.

We mostly liked Swimming pool (except the pool cafeteria) and secondary room service & cleaning personnel (very kind, positive and helpful ladies) We have been stuck in the elevator and overall, the hotel merits a good maintenance plan. the reception staff are not super welcoming and cafeteria food quality is very poor (only fried food and crisps)

Friendly staff. Good size room and good size swimming pool. Very clean. Great location, bus stop right outside the hotel. Oceanographic and shopping centre at walking distance . Only few bus stops to both the city centre and the beach. The showers in the changing rooms by the pool need a bit of care.
