The staff is gentle, the place is clean and comfortable! Nothing

Staff and location are great The bad was a bit uncomfortable

Nothing stood out positively during my stay The experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. Before booking, I specifically confirmed that the room had air conditioning, but the AC in my room was either not working or so ineffective that the room remained uncomfortably hot. After reporting the issue, I was told it had been fixed, yet there was no noticeable improvement. The mattress was among the most uncomfortable I have slept on in a hostel and left me with back pain after only two nights. Getting a good night’s sleep was nearly impossible. I also found most of the staff to be unhelpful and lacking basic knowledge about the city and surrounding area. As a traveler, you often rely on hostel staff for recommendations and simple information, but that was largely missing here. Overall, the hostel did not match the expectations created before booking. Between the uncomfortable room, poor sleep quality, and lack of useful support, I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it to other travelers

Amazing cozy hostel with awesome crew that helps you with everything, right in the center! Cool activities, a working room & really tasty breakfast.. highly recommended! ??✨ A funky guitar is also there, can’t wait for a full music corner next time I’m coming back.. ?? Eric Missing chairs on the terass! Automatic lights turns off after 10seconds when you sit on the toilet.. ?

It is in a good location for the price. Could use privacy curtains on every bed. Would be nice.

Location was great, very close to all tourist attractions. Rooms were sized okay, beds, pillows and duvet- comfortable. Staff very attentive, breakfast was reasonably priced and good options. There was a sort of privacy, but it could've been better. Washrooms were cleaned.
-
Lack of curtains for bunk beds.
-
Very dirty, stinky, some off-putting people
-
I recommend putting curtains on all of the beds in all of the dorms. Especially considering they are mixed dorms, that added bit of privacy would immensely add to the comfort. Only some dorms have curtains and it is not clear which ones do/don't online.

I didn't like the fact there isn't any hair dryer in men bathroom, and there are in women bathroom!
-
The power plug wasn't in my bed.
-
The room is little bir cold but when you say about it to reception, they can easily raise the temperature of the room.
-
Very good location, good value for the money and they let you store your bags for free if you stayed with them. Everything was as described, no complaints.
-
The lobby + stairs was amazing, the lockers are big, the view is nice and the bed is alright The bathrooms, specially the shower felt like prison, no privacy after going out and when someone showered the whole bathroom was full of water so it was always wet. Also there was an annoying gap between the bed and the wall and everything fell even one time something from the guy above fell into me and woke me up

Awesome place to stay in Valencia. Especially if you planning Valencia marathon
-
We really liked the hostel. Comfortable and clean . Friendly staff. None to add
-
The bunk beds need replacing. When you are lying there you can see the rust above. Also they squeak when you roll over. There are not the usual amenities like a shelf to place your water bottle or privacy Curtains. Nothing beyond the bare necessity

- The showers could really use a few hooks or shelves to hang or place your things - right now there’s nowhere convenient to keep them. - The Wi-Fi is also very slow, which makes it difficult to work.

It was fantastic stay at purple nest.Everything was simply perfect rooms, staff location.

This place is good located within the city center but I won’t suggest its a good place to stay for couples as it highly depends on with whom you share the room, my overall experience with this is good enough but with price and location this place is a good to go. for couples this place and its facilities can be improved but remaining is all good. They don’t clean the room as well everyday which was not expected, AC facilities can also be improved which I didn’t like there.
