Nothing - whilst the location is central, the hostel backs on to a train platform - was woken up at 4am by the sound of banging scaffold being taken down - strong mould smell in the room I was staying - there was a lack of toilet / showering facilities on the the ground floor which were also quite dirty

Providing hot water in the morning for coffee during traveling! Full big plate with good Chinese food on the other side of the street for € 8,50 - € 10,- Smoking on the terrace! (Wasn't allowed a few years ago....) Located in the station, so great for traveling on to Benicassim (Rotototm Sunsplash Festival) Had a room upstairs. It was heavy to carry my suitcase (23k) up/ down. Will sk for a room on the ground-floor next time. Female showers/ toilets were a mess... Didn't like to pay € 5,- extra for the card-key!

Good location and helpful staff. The rooms on the bottom floor are full of mold.
-
It was very near the metro and train station as well as the high street. Maybe more food options, new sofas too.

Staff was very helpful and nice! Great location, near station and city center. The property had showers with mold, rust, dirt build up. Toilet seats were pealing off. Stairs for the top bunk bed were uncomfortable and squeaked.

The staffs are nice and helpful to complete my request promptly. The public area is big for chilling out. The kitchen is big enough for common use. Location is great. The bedsheet is cleaned. The room door lock is old it's noisy when opened and closed that may wake everyone up in the dorm room. The bed with noise but not very annoying. The toilet and bathroom lights are turned off quick automatically so if you're alone in toilet or showering you need to nake go out from shower room make some move to turn on the inductor. If you're in toilet you can't go out to turn on inductor and it's completely dark when light off even at daytime. This design has to be fixed.

Exceptional

good location, near centre and train station modern lobby comfortable beds online checkin showers downstairs not working no kettle or stove in kitchen part, no space in fridge door handle not working properly

Has a good location in the city center. They have spacious (but not so luminous) common areas, where you can find fridge, microwave, some paper plates, cups and cutlery. The pictures didn't really reflect the reality of the rooms. They were quite narrow, and the beds made out of metal, that had a strong sound when you were moving, packing your locker, plug in your charger... Moreover the "ladder" wasn't practical at all, it was a real challenge to climb up to the upper bed. The bed wasn't unconfortable but we only had a sheet without duvet that was sometimes cold with the strong airconditioning. And there was mold on the ceiling. All the common areas and the rooms where quite dark, not as luminous as they seem on the pics. Although it might was the consequence of the constructions in the train station. A good to know thing: there are no lockpads on the lockers, so you either bring your own or buy it there for 3 euros. The bathrooms were small, and there was 5 showers (two didn't work) but only shelf for three person. Also we met with cockroaches in the bathroom and one also appeared in our room.

Very poor

The location was good. The room was tiny and did not look nearly as spacious as it appeared in the pictures. There was also a huge mold stain on the silling as well as chewing gum on the wall next to my pillow. When I was brushing my teeth one morning, a cockroach climbed onto my leg in the bathroom. It was disgusting. One of my friends also found a cockroach in her shoe. There were 5 showers for women; however, 2 of them were broken and did not work properly. The toilet upstairs looked as if it had not been cleaned/toilet seat had dark staines, and the toilets downstairs were out of order(at least it was what the sign said). I also had difficulty opening and closing my locker. The staff was not helpful and was rather passive-aggressive. I did not have breakfast there as I feared the sanitary conditions over the 5 days I was there I had seen at least 3 cockroaches with one climbing my leg...

Close to the train station The beds were too soft and the downstairs showers didnt work/ were locked.

The location is alright. I booked an 8-dorm room, it's cramped and there is hardly space to walk from bed to door. Creaky beds, half broken door that needs to be slammed to close and tackled to open. Also safety concerns... someone touched my belongings (nothing valuable) on 2 days ... one staff member was snappy and rude, all others were friendly. You pay extra for a towel. Bathroom lights were broken during half my stay.

Disappointing

The staff was super friendly, location was awesome and the reading and cafeteria were super good too It was very expensive (for the dates) and the bathrooms were very filthy. I literally avoided using them
-
The interior and the toilets. The lounge area was very nice too. I had to download an app and the room went too cold at night

Passable

Good value for the price. Nice staff

The location is great if you're travelling by train, right next to the station. The communal area is excellent, with huge ceiling height. There isn't a kitchen, just a space for preparing snacks. The curtains make the beds really private, and the air conditioning keeps the room cool. I found the shower cubicle area a bit dark – the lighting could be better.
