Almost everything was perfect. The staff was truly helpful and very polite. The location is ideal. Free water is just such a huge and important advantage. Relatively small bathroom, especially the shower. The window was facing the wall. The breakfast was average and the food was scarce

It was a stay of only a few hours. Room was clean and tidy and had all the requisite amenites. Very pleased to find a nespresso machine for my (very) early morning coffee. I'll stay again when I have more time in the city.

Close to the Joaquin train station. Near museums, and the area was very good in handling English when needed.

I liked the location, the cleanness, the bed was fine the shower was good. The smell in the room that came from the airconditioning. It was real bad. We had to open the windows to get it out

Easy to access from the airport by metro, and close to other transport links for the beaches and opera house etc. All major central attractions are within a 20 min walk or so, and lots of bars and eating options are nearby. Room was comfortable and clean, and we were on an upper floor so didn't get any street noise. Nothing not to like, but nothing outstanding either, and it seemed a bit expensive for what it was.

I got a beautiful room with a balcony that made all the difference on the evening Like most properties there they collect bins at 2 am so it’s noisy but you can get over that

Excellent location in a peatonal street. The taxi will leave you at the entrance of the peatonal street and you will carry or roll on your luggage. The Hotel is excellent with Very comfortable beds. And good breakfast (is worthy). Modern and convenient.

To describe this as a no frills Hotel does not do it justice. It may not boast a pool/sauna or a fitness centre and the restaurant caters for breakfast only, but the hotel is located in a pedestrianised area surrounded by bars and restaurants to suite all tastes and pockets and is a 5 min walk from both the Placa de Ayuntiamento and the train station (12 min if you have come on the Avi) The reception area itself is small with a lift and stairs to all floors but the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious (not huge) with pleasant bathrooms and all are well decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is served in a pleasant 1st floor room overlooking the pedestrian street below and is buffet style with a small selection of hot dishes. We have stayed here previously the only problem we had is that we unable to stay longer !
