The staff was simply amazing. They were all friendly and ready to help with anything you needed. The hotel is clean and rooms are of a fairly good size and with a functioning aircon. The location was also great. Nothing wrong really.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating - one of the best hotel experiences i have had in this regard. The location was fantastic - so close to the old town, sights and the train station. Rooms and the hotel were clean and airy. Really had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book again.

All the staff were amazing , cheerful and very supportive. The location is outstanding and close to many landmarks and the central shopping street with many Public transportation options. The room is very small with no free space to move or even open the luggage. There is lack for main amenities. There is no fridge to at least have cold water in summer. No safe to store your valuables. The rooms are not soundproofed. When we asked for iron it was not an available option.

The Location You can hear all the noise I was in the second floor, and I could hear people down the reception I’m not joking. You can try it.

Central location, functional room, friendly reception and cleaning staff. Would be good to have a mini fridge in room, in summer would be helpful to have cold drinks available in room.

The reception staff were polite and I had no problems with them. The location was also convenient. Checkout was at 12:00, but the cleaning staff began making a lot of noise at around 8:00 in the morning. There was constant banging and loud cleaning activity, making it impossible to rest. I had paid to use the room until noon, but the noise was so disruptive that I had to leave at around 9:00. Guests should be allowed to sleep and enjoy the room until the official checkout time.
