Comfy beds, good air conditioning, knowledgeable staff. We’re responsive to the group of young people smoking and drinking in a room down the hall (smoking and excessive noise are not allowed). Some worn hardware, and furniture. I debate the 4 star rating. More like 3.5 facility wise. It’s clear the rain shower output is too high for the drain resulting in a wet floor outside the shower if you don’t watch it. Skip the breakfast, it’s dull.

Location is great. At the city center, 2 min away from restaurants, a little supermarket for your easy water refill even at night. Shops are 5 min to the place. Tip top location. The body wash finished at the 2nd day of my staying (both rooms i had booked) I found odd. They are suppose to refill timely. We found out at night (very late) and the hotel was not able to refill - not sure how they supposed that we would take shower. The response from the receptionist was that the team was not available. Non sense response for a 4 star hotel.

Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly stuff We booked and paid extra for a Deluxe Room with a balcony, but the reality was very different from what one would expect. The balcony overlooked the garbage containers of the neighboring fast-food restaurant. Even worse, there was a constant smell of cooking oil coming from the burger restaurant's kitchen. As a result, we had to keep the balcony door closed all the time, making the balcony effectively unusable. Paying extra for a room feature that cannot realistically be enjoyed due to the view and the smell is disappointing and feels misleading.

Great location, very clean, decent breakfast. Though, some items were out in a short time during breakfast buffet time, so when you come 1.5 hours before 11am, you can’t find them anymore (strange for 4*). Our special thanks to very nice lady at the restaurant named Pepe for her wonderful hospitality and care to help us get what we need. Thank you so much ? Lack the information. For example, we found out that there is a roof top bar just by accident, overheard from other people, but there is no any information about it anywhere, even in the elevator no sign. Very weird… No exhaust in the bathroom. That is why it was very humid most of the time. No smart TV, the available TV is outdated and lacking international channels. The few available channels are with poor unstable signal. We stayed during the World Cup 2026 and the only TV with live coverage was at the reception bar. That is a shame for 4* hotel.

The property was beautifully located, and clean. Breakfast was enjoyable with lots of variety. We had a problem with the water pressure on the last day so it was difficult to shower and brush our teeth. We had to check out by 12 PM and we didn’t want maintenance to be in our room while we were packing to leave for the train so it was a little difficult to leave, but they did let us check in an hour early, however, only if we were willing to accept two twin beds instead of the king bed room we reserved. So we did not actually get the room we paid for, and we had difficulty with the water during checkout day, which is the time when you most need to shower and get ready for Travel. The hotel did not offer to make any accommodation for the difficulties. This was disappointing. Also, we wanted to do two towels to the beach when our room was not ready and they wanted to charge us money to use towels for a few hours and bring them back. This is highly unusual in our country and we found it disadvantageous.

Location is amazing. It’s very clean and my room was very quiet despite being in a busy area.

The rooms need to upgrade the bedside outlets and lamps. Outlets must have more than one option to be able to plug in phone charger and lamp. I had to unplug the lamp in order to plug-in the phone charger. Additional room issue was the bathroom sink was clogged and reported to front desk twice and was not fix during our stay. It was disgusting to use the sink.

Location, the roomis very nice. Staffs are professional, very clean, Breakfast is okay.. I Need to upgrade the varity for the breakfast.

Location, cleanliness, full service hotel. Staying here removed a lot of worries and questions that a visitor to Spain might have. Very comfortable and accessible. The service was a little stiff. They got the job done but could be a little more friendly. I got the impression this was the fault of other annoying guests that had put them on guard but each of us are individuals. It was not bad, just not exceptional.
