Nommadas Jero Hotel - Adults Only

The room was comfortable, clean and simple. The location was excellent, with several restaurant options nearby. The cost-benefit was good. We had difficulties with the check-in process. I sent several messages through booking.com regarding the online check-in, but it took a considerable amount of time to receive a response and resolve the issue. Even after completing the online check-in, we didn't receive the room access code. In the end, I had to call and the staff member who assisted me was very welcoming and helpful and sent me the door code right away. However, it was quite frustrating that such a simple process became so complicated. Another point, it was the payment method. The payment link was sent via WhatsApp, which did not feel very secure to me.

Hotel is in the smack center of town, close to the Valencia train station. Access to many restraunts, just walk outside. It was great to have access to cool clean water in front of the room. When the staff saw that I had not quite finished the checkin process online they simply called to make sure this was taken care of. Good call on their part not to let this slide to last minute stress. The tight staircase and limited old elevator (one person at a time only) are a bit scary with the lights turning off midway and so on. We only used the elevator for luggage. Some people will like this though. There is a certain cuteness and nostalgia that comes with such old facilities. The bed was not comfortable in our room. Cant be much wider in these rooms I guess but better quality would compensate. Online checkin could be made easier with better integration with booking.com in our case. Not sure where that would fall in responsibility. The checkin process was clunky for my taste.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was easy to find and access from the main station (I arrived by train) and the building had an elevator. It was a bit of a surreal experience with hotel style accommodation without a reception desk but it was a quiet building and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great, walking to distance to everything you need in the city. There was access to cold water, tea and coffee on a separate floor as opposed to in the room which was fine. I liked that the room didn't have a key and it was pincode entry. One less thing to remember to physically take when you head out. Minor feedback - the shower design meant that the water didn't really stay contained when using it.

It’s clean and modern. Not noisy. There is kitchen and all the necessary facilities on the floor. Location is very good, 300m from the train station The code system. Sometimes the electronic key does not work and it causes inconveniences

Modern and pleasant Windows to be more soundproof as you can hear the noise of the street easily

No , room really to small no reception, if an issue like we did you can only contact by what’s up …… First there a very strong sewer smell that comes from the window in toilet, at first we wrote to them and the cleaning lady took care of problem temporarily but smell came back , no very pleasant smell. The the fridge was no t cooling , they said they would send someone to check it out . No one came , wrote to them ag and this is what they answered: Good afternoon, I was told that the refrigerators in this hotel don't freeze or cool to temperatures like normal refrigerators. They're usually at room temperature. So then why have a fridge false advertising when looking for a room couldn’t buy any to keep cool. Wow. No ice machine to.

The location was perfect. No live administrators/front desk so everything is done through the WhatsApp. Power kept going out constantly. Elevator capacity is very limited and only on person at a time in most cases.Power went out and I was stuck in the elevator and suffered a panic attack. When it came back on, doors failed to open. Used the very narrow stairs the rest of the trip and we were o. The 5th floor TV didn’t work properly. No place to store luggage at checkout and we were told to take it to a public storage facility and the wrong address was provided.

The power kept going on and off. They said it might be an issue of the area cause they try and try to fix it but haven't pinpointed the problem yet

Arrived late after 9pm in middle of thunder storm. The door codes whatsapp message had "disappeared" so asked for it to be resent. The outer door instruction read "Left.number.tick". We didnt understand "left" so had to ring. "Left door" would have saved having to do that. 6th floor room a fair way on stairs but we did it. Lift for 1 but there was 2 of us. Room drains smelt a bit but it wore off with window open. Otherwise all was great and trouble free.

Very good location, with lots of places to eat/drink after 10 am. There is a coffee shop that opens around 8 o'clock
