Welcomer Apartments Valencia

The staff were very nice and helpful. On the last day, they sent me a WhatsApp message asking if I needed a taxi to the airport, as we were leaving early. The apartment has 2 floors. It is small but nicely decorated, with all the facilities you need. Very clean with a nice bathroom. Located on a small side street with a very good coffee/breakfast place across the road and a new Italian restaurant only a few streets down. Close to the centre of the old town. The reception area is beautifully decorated. Staff are exceptional. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in the most beautiful city I have visited, and I can't wait to go back. They are slow to come back to you when you WhatsApp them, so allow time, only a small thing.

To be picky a little lacking in character.

The place was very nice and clean, location is perfect - you can easy get to the Market and to the park, lots of restaurant around and a grocery store just a few min walk. We stayed in the place for 7 nights and during this period the room was not cleaned even once, the towels were not changed. Coffee and water supply was not refilled during our stay. In general I had a good impression of the place, however I expected that towels will be changed at least once during our stay.

The location was AMAZING! Right in between so Much to see and do. If you are visiting to see old town, the greenway, shops, cathedrals, squares, restaurants…don’t hesitate to book here! Loved all of it

Excellent location, very close to the central basilica. A bit far from the subway stations but the streets are ok to walk with suitcases. The host let us check in earlier which was great. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of 5, it is renovated and very clean. There is a back yeard where people had events some nights but otherwise it was very quite. In the lobby there are cards for renting bikes and we were very pleased with the proposed partners. I would switch the washing machine with a dish washer. Also two of the bed sheets had holes, such small details make impression.

Perfect location in the heard of the old city. Check in / check out were so smooth, and the gentleman at the reception (i forget his name - sorry) was such a wonderful person! The apartment was big and had pretty much everything one needed. Amazing stay One of the bedrooms was especially small. The apartment definitely needs some hangers for your clothes and some more storage space, as one struggles with where to put things. Also the showerhead is a little tough to use, but otherwise everything was great.

We arrived well before our check in, but our room was ready and they let us in! Which was very nice after a very early flight with three children. Room was spacious enough for the 5 of us. Kitchenette, washer, fridge, and HVAC was all in working order. Beds were comfortable including the sofa bed. Location was great, and it wasn’t too noisy. You could hear the people above us walking around, but luckily for us they weren’t loud past 10:00. On the day of check out, there was some sickness in the family and we had a late flight. The staff allowed us to stay in the room until our transport to the flight (well past check out) arrived. This was a huge win for us and we are grateful for the staff! Bathroom was a bit small but a decent sized shower with a door, so that’s a plus compared to many other places without.

The location of the property is great. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the room was dusty, the bathroom needs a renovation

I do not always like the contactless check-in but it worked ok this time. Staff when they were there were very helpful. The location is exceptional. Small things. While the property was well stocked with kitchen equipment, there were no basics like cooking oil, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee (only 2 pods for two people for four nights) paper towels. Poor sound proofing so you hear everyone in the halls. No soap for the clothes washer. Beware there is no clothes dryer.

Location was ideal, right by the central market. Staff were very kind and did their best to accommodate to your needs.

Nothing, just wanted to mention some cracked tiles near the kitchen area but that's not really something that would deter from booking this place again

Excellent location, spacious, quiet bedrooms so easy to get good sleep, friendly host, markets and restaurants are very close The only 1 item is the ceilings are sloped in the bedrooms so just need to careful not to hit your head. But this was minor.

Great location in the center of the old city, surrounded by bars, tascas, restaurants, attractions and everything else you could ever need. The apartments are exactly like in the pictures, spacious with comfortable beds, and with great air conditioning... which was a must for a summer stay. 100% would return.
