Carpet need to be cleaner. Too many stains. Also the room needs to be cleaner. Also, there are hair in the tub.

The floors were so clean, the staff was very helpful. The location was ideal for us. The rooms were smaller than we are used to. But we adjusted. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pool area was nice, but pool plaster could be redone. The self laundry was convenient, but should be able to take a credit card. Would be nice if there was a little beverage/candy/sundries shop near the front desk. The daily afternoon cookies were a nice touch!

Clean room, nice breakfast, friendly staff, good parking, good location

Breakfast was great. Staff very pleasant. The pool was cold. In the room, hot water came out of the cold side unless you let it run for a long time.
-
On the positive side, the parking was adequate and fine for our needs. However, the breakfast was a bit lacking compared to what you usually get at similar hotels. It works fine if you just need a clean place to sleep for a night, but it's a pretty standard, basic experience.

Location and outdoor pool!

The carpet in the room was sticky. In need of major remodel. Room smelled strange. We did enjoy the big tv.

After seeing the room we did not stay. We are having a difficult time through Expedia and hotel management to get our money back. The next day we spoke to a hotel manager who said we would get a refund. But none has been given het.

Place is perfectly fine overall. Rooms are pretty dang small for sure. Like, smaller than average. The bathroom (toilet/shower) could not be smaller. You have to squeeze in just to shut the door (And I’m a skinny, middle age guy). Not for anyone overweight or elderly. Small elevator as well. Location was good; rather stay here than in Portland. Breakfast was kinda limited, but perfectly fine. Staff was friendly. Clean hotel. Felt safe. Maybe would stay here again, but I’d also look around too.

I came to Vancouver, WA to see a friend perform in a play at Magenta Theater in walking distance from the hotel. The bus line is very close as well. We caught the 60 bus to the Vanport station and used the Max Line to go around Portland, OR. This hotel is in a very convenient location. The room was clean. The beds are pillow top mattresses and were very comfortable. The pool area looked nice. The breakfast had a few vegan options (fruit and oatmeal) but no dairy alternative for coffee or cereal. There is a Starbucks around the corner. So, that is where I got my coffee.

Solid downtown property. Nice breakfast and kind staff.

Clean, bed was comfy, nice and cool. Everything was good. No complaints!

Good place for a quick stay

I probably should have reached out to the front desk to request a different room, but I was so tired by the time I got there I didn't have the energy to deal with room shuffling. (I had a double bed two bed room)

LOCATION and staff cleaners etc Bit pricey
-
Location was convenient Uoon check in, i asked the front desk person to please toss a small piece of paper restaurant receipt; I was in instructed to toss it in a bin outside of the area, and when asked if she had a bin behind the desk, she said no. Clearly a lie. Another well dressed couple arrived and inquired if their other party had checked in as they had the reservation under the other name, they were instructed to sit and wait. When they wanted to use the restroom, they were told that they would have to wait until they received their room key.

Great location, easy check in. The pool was lovely on a hot day. The room was comfortable. The only complaint was our room smelled of cigarette smoke. It was particularly strong in the bathroom and closet. Also, the tv was a complete pain To try and figure out. My tech savvy boys couldn’t get it to work. The breakfast was solid and service was friendly. Just hope next time not to have a smoke stained room.

Great place to stay in Vancouver, added bonus that it's close to Portland. Really liked how it was within walking distance to downtown Vancouver, was very convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel breakfast was good too, lots of options to choose from for breakfast so it made our mornings easier. Staff was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway to Vancouver.
