Parking was expensive but also very convenient.

Great overall experience

Everything about the hotel was great! We loved the location, staff was super nice, and the food was great. It was nice to be able to get room service again.

Only downfall was high fee for parking ($37/night) Rooms were comfortable and clean, housekeeping services great

Close to waterfront and I5

Superb

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful and easy check in. I used valet parking and it was super easy. Room service was quick and the food was good quality, too! It’s also in a great area, close a park, 10 minute walk to the waterfront, and close to coffee and other restaurants.

The hotell was really nice. The beds were okay, wish they had better pillows. Parking cost too much so we parked on the side street

Beyond pleased with our room that offered wonderful views of the airplanes and fighter jets flying overhead as well as the city Central Park outside our window and with the trains and the barge is moving up river it made for an enjoyable stay. The TV actually had HDMI capable hook up so we brought our DVD player and a bunch of movies to enjoy, independent films that are not available on Netflix. Staff was excellent and the property was clean and well maintained.

This was our second time staying. Our rooms were clean and ready on time. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. We used valet parking - it was fast and easy. They have several options for breakfast on site and nearby.

Great overall location and experience that made the whole stay comfortable and wanting to come back.

There was a loud annoying humming all day & night my first night here. The maintnnace man came up and said, "it was probably the fan on the roof". Very irritating.

Good place to stay. Close to everywhere in Vancouver.

Parking was convenient

Not much! There was no breakfast or decent coffee provided. The water pressure in the shower was dribbles. No fan in the bathroom. Just very disappointed.

Great stay, loved the pool/spa!

Expensive Parking, no breakfast, no microwave

Extremely comfortable beds! Staff was great, rooms were very clean. We were able to check in early which was much appreciated.
