On my last night there the person in the room above me was smoking weed. The fumes entered my room via the vent in the bathroom. I went the front desk and the attendant did not care. Don’t stay here.

I stopped here just for a convenient overnight during a road trip. The price was right. I wish it had been a quieter place to sleep — I could hear a lot of shouting from pedestrians in the neighborhood. But t's in the middle of a busy downtown zone, so that probably can't be helped. (The air conditioner worked well and muffled some of that noise.) I only had a choice of one or two parking spaces, which seemed very exposed to the busy pedestrian traffic, so I made sure to leave nothing in my car — but again, it's a motel in a busy downtown zone, so that's to be expected. My room was comfortable, clean, and sufficient for a one-night stay. I'm not sure how to rate the helpfulness of the staff, as I only saw one staff member during my stay — at the front desk — but he was efficient and friendly. What I like best about this place is its proximity to a movie theater, an excellent grocery store (New Seasons), and some impressive coffee shops and bakeries, all within a few blocks.

The grounds and staff were excellent. Beautiful roses throughout the property. My only complaint was that I could hear the AC unit from the room across from me turn on and off the entire night. Next time ear plugs for me.

The hotel manager was the WORST person to deal with. I called at first to get info on early check in, and after not understanding anything he was saying, he just hangs up on me. I go there to get my room and check in, and the guy was rude and short with his responses. After the first week, I get woken up to BANGING on my door from the same rude dude, saying I need to leave and it was past check out time. I informed him that he took my extra payment, in person with him, and was paid for another week, but dude refused anything I was saying and just told me to follow him to office. After explaining again for the 3rd time, he finally saw his mistake that I had already paid, and no apology or anything for the rude behavior and waking me up. The place is downtown, and not really worth the price you pay for what you get. The chairs and table sucked for laptop work, the internet constantly disconnected mid work, and when it did work, the speed was so slow I could barley get anything done. Walls were discolored and am not even going to question what the spots on the walls where. Just avoid this place at all costs and just spend the few extra for any place other than this.

Was clean and great walking distance to downtown I recommend this stay 100% I believe his name was Gary, front desk. There was a minor situation with another room being loud and when we went down, he immediately took care of the situation and moved our room. Was so helpful and completely understanding.

Disappointing

It was conveniently located downtown. It was further from the waterfront restaurants than I anticipated.

The staff were really helpful and nice. Room was clean BUT the floor was so dirty it turned my feet black so i cleaned it myself with a wet towel. Beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows and towels. Parking was horrible really need a bigger parking lot.

Great location, lots of good places to eat within walking distance. Good parking. A non smoking room isn’t really a non smoking room if your neighbors smoke, and you can smell it. I think it was coming through my bathroom vent. My room smelled of stale smoke, it must have been a smoking room at one time. Stayed 3 days room was never cleaned, never got fresh towels, never had trash emptied. Walls are very thin. A majority of the noise was late at night or very early in the morning.

The floor is in the room was dirty. were burn holes In the bed spreads. There was dog hair and human hair all over. No room service of any kind If we needed anything we had to go get it ourselves.

Clean, quiet, convenient

Great downtown location with coffee shops, restaurants, stores, etc. within walking distance. Recently remodeled comfortable rooms. Area felt safe. Helpful staff. Would stay again.

The location was fine. We ended up going to a different hotel but the front desk guy was very nice. The comforter was ripped, had burn holes in it, there was black hair on the pillow.
