This was OK. You get what you pay for, and it worked for an overnight place in the area. Easy to get to. Nearby Riverfront Park is great.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆ (3/5) The Good: Perfect Location: This motel was incredibly easy to find right in the downtown Vancouver area. It’s only a quick two-block walk down to the beautiful waterfront and right next to the park. Fantastic Staff: The team here was very pleasant and accommodating. I had to extend my stay by one night due to medical appointments, and they made the process completely stress-free. They left us to our privacy and didn't bug us at all. The Bad: Dated Rooms & Broken Bed: The motel is definitely old and dated. We stayed in a ground-floor two-bed room, I wouldn't call it a suite- and one of the beds was completely crooked and broken on one side—we had to cram onto one side of the mattress to sleep. Not Enough Coffee: If you love your morning coffee, pack extra. The lobby coffee was late coming out in the morning, and our room was only stocked with a single packet, which wasn't nearly enough for a two-bed room. Overall Verdict: Despite the dated room and the bed issue, it was a great stay overall thanks to the amazing location in a beautiful city and the wonderful staff. I would still recommend it if you want to be right by the waterfront, but the property could definitely use some upgrades.

Honesty the area and hotel was not nice in person. Room is a lot smaller than expected.

It was sketchy checking in with a man behind a small plexiglass window and the parking lot was full so we had to pay to park overnight on the street. Not a good location if you want sleep, very loud outside 😡

At a distance the place looked clean. The floor in our room left my feet black. The counter by the coffee pot was sticky

Very Clean Good Location to Long Beach and Cape Disappointment

The only good thing about this stay was the young man at the front desk he was very polite and helpful.. however first off the ac wasn’t working and it was 90 degrees out then the refrigerator had mass amounts of water leaking onto the floor I Wa given another towel got it but it leaked all night stepped in huge puddle in the morning.. I couldn’t get the remote to work with the tv and finally when I decided to just take a bath the plug didn’t work so I couldn’t fill up bath tub and then I found a strange bug crawling on the bathroom floor so I ended up leaving at 630 in the morning cause it was so uncomfortable to me..

The only negatives I found in the room was the bedspread was badly stained, the sheets had holes on, the room layout was poor, and the Wi-Fi was intermittent at the best. The cabinet with the microwave was at the foot of the bed. When you opened the drawer it hit the end of the bed. Which meant you had to walk sideways to go between the cabinet and the bed. The microwave was on a shelf above the drawers. So obviously you had to make sure your drawers were closed when using the microwave. Not that you should have it open anyway. It was a very awkward and cramped layout. But the room was nice. The area was surprisingly quiet. I didn't hear much from The neighbors. All in all it was a pleasant day and I enjoyed myself. I loved being able to walk around the waterfront and see all the murals in the area. Some of the parking was awkward. One big issue was with guests who can't manage the part between two lines. Who to decide that a diagonal parking job is best move. At one point to back out of my face I would have clipped the end of the storage rack on the back of a car. Another vehicle perform the same for parking policy making it impossible for me to open up my rear passenger door. I had to back my car out of the space to load my luggage. When I mentioned it to the front desk they didn't seem to care.

Staff, shops nearby and restaurants

This was definitely a get what you pay for situation. The room was dirty and smelled like it as well. There was sticky spills on the floor, hair in the tub and on the floor in the bathroom, stains on the comforter as well as burn holes. When this was brought up to staff nothing was done and we still had to pay a $50 deposit which I’m still waiting to be returned. Not recommended.
