Convenient and close to freeway.

This was a great location with breakfast. Quiet, friendly staff, and clean rooms. We had the queen and king suites for two nights. The king floor plan was not as great as the queen suites. The sofa was next to the king bed where in the queen suite the sofa was in a separate room.

We had an awesome stay. The rooms are spacious, clean & so comfortable. We were really impressed with their breakfast offerings & service. The latest in coffee prep & such great flavor. We definitely will be staying there again. The staff was pleasant & helpful. 5 ⭐️

The location was great and the staff were friendly. Parking was a little inconvenient especially getting back late and having to park in the back of the building because there weren't enough parking spots in the front. Our stay wouldn't have been so bad if I wouldn't have found fecal matter on the toilet paper. Luckily I saw it before I grabbed it. This was disgusting and makes me wonder how thorough the cleaning are when guests leave.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room as I use a wheelchair. We came down to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary and was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the bed was. It was roomy enough for my wheelchair to get around the rooms and in the bathroom and there was a shower bench provided so I could shower. There is a lip on the shower so if you bring your own shower chair, you will have to hop that lip. The breakfast was amazing. There was a lot to choose from and it was all delicious. We will definitely be back.

Nice clean hotel room, wonderful staff, and a hot tub, how could you go wrong? Everything was wonderful, just as all Holiday Inns always are.

We went on a 3 week vacation stayed at 3 different hotels and this was by far the best!! The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was really friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub was in working order and great, the breakfast was absolutely delicious!!!! Plus having fresh ground coffee was a treat. When I go to visit family again I'm definitely staying here.

Property was old but well kept. You could see some bubbling and peeling from the paint/wallpaper. Some of the carpet areas were thinning. Front Desk staff at check in an check out were great. Breakfast looked amazing. I didn't eat much other than coffee and yogurt, but the were a lot of options to choose from.

Smaller facility, located close to I-5, easy to find, and plenty of parking. The elevator could have been better. We chose not to use as it was waiting on upgrade/repair. Sounded awful when running and took longer to get to the third floor than us hoofing it up the stairs. We didn't feel it was safe to use.

Overall, this was a nice, clean hotel. It was about what you would expect in this price point. The one area that could’ve been improved was that the pillows and beds were not overly comfortable, as they tended to be too soft/saggy and the televisions were dated. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful, however. I would return to this hotel if I were in the area again.
