The room smelled bad, causing me to have breathing issues. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The front desk staff at night were rude, and did not follow up with two noise complaints that I called about. I will never stay here again!!

Perfect for the price. Great stay!

The room was clean and nice. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was bad. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. The location was close to lots of restaurants. We would stay again.

Great staff, clean room, pool looked very usable but didn’t get a chance this time unfortunately. The nearby shops were also great to have so close by. Will come back again!

Breakfast was simple, but the waffle maker was a big plus. Pool was a good size, and with a hot tub. Although the property itself is dated, the staff is kind and the rooms are very clean. We felt like we got a great value for the money we spent, and we’d love to come back!

Place was dated and old. Furniture needs updating. TV stand and desk chair was extremely worn and old. Room could be cleaner. Found a nat and dead mosquito in the b bathroom.

The lighting was very dim and the fixtures were old. Bathroom exhaust fan was super noisy and didn't remove any moisture. Found a very very moldy plate of food in the microwave. Low water volume in the bathroom sink but the shower had plenty of volume and pressure.

We choose to stay here when traveling between California and British Columbia. This is not a high-end hotel with lots of perks. It is a great hotel for a stayover while traveling. The staff has always been helpful and professional. The rooms are easy to get to from the parking area. Check-in is easy and quick. The rooms are clean. The beds are fairly comfortable (a bit worn). The wifi is free with good connectivity. We have never been disturbed by excessive noise. There is a Safeway on the other side of the hotel, fast-food and dine-in restaurants within walking distance, and a fancy coffee place right across the parking lot. Breakfasts are continental with no hot foods. Last stay, I had requested a specific accessible room, but because we checked in later than I had advised the staff, that room was given to another guest. We were provided with a similar accommodation, but it was just not as easy to access. And yes, I acknowledge that preferences sometimes cannot be accommodated, so I do not hold this against the hotel.

Newly remodeled large rooms. Quiet property

The room was very clean. Check in/out staff were delightful. I had 2 dogs with me and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly. Noise was only in hallways so great comfortable bed. Would recommend and do it again.

The whole hotel could use a facelift. The internet was very slow, and they didn’t fully clean the bathroom, left hair on the shower wall.

Very clean, quiet room, well-made bed, odor free.
