The staff was friendly and the beds were good enough The hotel felt very outdated with its design and could use not only clean up but remodeling of its facilities

SPACIOUS CLEAN ROOMS, STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, CHECK OUT TIME IS ACTUALLY 11AM NOT 12PM AS LISTED ON HERE, "BREAKFAST" WAS ACTUALLY JUST SOME FRUITS AND JUICE , YOGURT AND OTHER FROZEN THINGS YOU COULD GRAB AND TAKE TO YOUR ROOM SO THAT WAS NOT THE BEST BUT OTHER THAN THE BREAKFAST SITUATION IT WAS PRETTY GOOD.

No shower curtain, very low shower volume, TV did not work

The room was very clean and spacious, but the breakfast and service were just average.

Location Front desk rude it was dirty and gross had to go back to get a key that worked 4 times and then back to get another that worked for the pool

The property is looking a little dingy and worn. Some updates have been made such as no carpet and clean white linens. Over all it looked clean which I value very much. The staff was friendly and helpful. We come back because it doesn't stink and the location is good.

Decent location, Poorly kept property!!

Clean room, helpful clerk but the late night ones were out front smoking & one sitting on the steps & didn't move to let us in. The breakfast wasn't as good as it could have been. Walls & floors aren't insulated well so u can hear EVERYTHING!!! 😉

When we got to our room it was freezing, the AC was set at 60 and seems like it had been running for hours. There were stains all over the bed and the bedding was ripped. The towel rack by the sink wouldn’t stay on the wall. We were there maybe 10 minutes before my husband went to the front desk and asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere. The ladies in the office walked out without saying anything to him and came to our room. Didn’t say anything to me in the room just looked at the bed and left. My husband came back and instead of me having to buzz him into the building, was able to just open the card operated door, which didn’t feel safe. We left and went elsewhere.

Not updated. Pool needs a good scrubbing, the hot tub wasn’t working, there were broken glass and the orange top to a needle in the parking lot, the continental breakfast area was tiny, the pool towels were so old and tiny, the curtains were old and dingy, the carpet smelled like odor eliminator for animals, the shower was dirty with curly hair stuck in crevices and the handle to turn it on was broken as well as the tiniest amount of water pressure, and we headed out the same night. We truly did not want to sleep there. New carpet, new towels, just some major upgrades need to happen.

Location was good. Could use some more parking spots. No ice machine. No soda/snack machine. No comforter on the bed just a sheet and thin blanket.

Nothing Feces on bathroom wall. Dirty ice cold pool. Boarded over hot tub. Mattresses don’t fit bed. Floor peeling up. Smells like mold

They had laundromat out of service which they did not disclose before I reserved. They advertise free breakfast, Which is a frozen breakfast sandwich in a paper bag, gross, and unhealthy, They had no drinks, but coffee, their juice machine out of service,

Good property breakfast could be a lot better.

It was in a perfect place to where we needed to get at where the rest of our trip was It was in such a tight area, sometimes hard to make the right turns to get to. First time had to go around the large block to try it again

Leaving this morning Dirty towels, a kitchen with no dishes or utensils, rubbish under sink from previous guests, air-conditioning smell. Extremely noisy all hours of the night. One member of staff very rude

You needed to go to the front desk to get a swimming pool key card check it out and sign a waiver then request how many towels you needed all to go to a hot tub that is not working and a pool that was ice cold! The lobby carpet needed to be replaced It smelled like cigarettes but overall the room was very nice Fist time at a Red Lion but sadly it will be the last Hopefully this is helpful for everyone

The room was clean, the staff was very nice. The air conditioner was amazing. The pillows were small and lumpy, the beds were uncomfortable, parking was a joke. Terrible layout for only one entrance and exit to the whole complex. Horrible breakfast options as well.
