    Staff was excellent; no downstairs king beds, handicap was available but since I booked through Orbtz couldn’t change; water flow in shower is too low flow; bedroom was spacious & very clean & quiet

    Our first room was dirty. We had to leave and come back later for a room to be made available for us. We arrived around 5:30 PM. Second room had one bed that the sheets had obviously not been changed bc there were makeup smears all over. The floors have been so badly cared for that they’re warped and they squeak loudly whenever we walked around. Shower was crazy, the head sprayed water everywhere no matter what we did. (Thus the need for extra towels!!) We arrived back at the hotel for our second night and our do not disturb sign had been placed back in our room, but the room had not been cleaned. Why go in if you’re not supposed to bother us? The front desk advised that we could get towels after 9 AM when housekeeping arrived. At 9 AM I went to the front desk and was told they would order them asap. Two people came to our room about 45 minutes later and demanded all of our dirty towels before they’d give us any new ones. It was insane. Pool is open for one family at a time, for one hour at a time. Some employees said they had pool towels behind the desk, Claudia said they no longer give out pool towels and if you need more you do in fact still have to wait until after 9 AM the next day to get any if the people they send to bang on your door decide you’re worry of any.

    The lady who checked us in was outstanding and helpful. She personally came to our room to address our concerns of red stains on the floor and assured us that we would not be charged. I was expecting a full continental breakfast. Instead, the morning lady was grouchy(yelling at a gentleman in the back putting items in a brown sack for breakfast) and handed me a partial sack breakfast that had only a sandwich to take to our room to warn up in the microwave and a granola bar.

    The staff is very nice. I didn’t like the fact that we needed more towels for two people staying in a two queen size bed one bedroom, also I had to call the staff and ask for hangers, they didn’t even know if they had any. I asked for more shampoo and conditioner, and hand soap, and also more towels enough for two people. You would assume in it one bedroom two queen size beds that more than one person is staying in the room there should’ve been more towels and more supplies. Also I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t a great breakfast.

    It was clean, but I didn't realize that I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and restocked. The breakfast is kind of a joke. Really that is what you call a breakfast!

    The room was very clean. Breakfast was supposed to be included. My husband went to the serving area at 7:00 am and all the hotel served was yogurt and coffee! Terrible selection!!

    They had awesome breakfast sandwiches and the room was clean The pool you had to reserve, the most disappointing part of the pool is that they hot tub was closed. Also we booked the King Suite with a kitchen and there was absolutely ZERO utensils. All the cupboards and drawers were completely empty. Very disappointed. All the channels on the Tv pretty much wouldn’t work either

    The room was clean and quiet. The property is still in need of repairs. The pool had to be reserved, one room at a time. That seemed odd and inconvenient. The location is excellent and easy to get to. However, it seems like they are gradually trying to fix up the property and we will be back in August.

    Crockroach I bath tub. The bathroom shower/bath tub has no grab bars. Very slippery. Breakfast was called “grab and go”. Was packaged oatmeal that you had to take to your room to cook. Other items were apples, oranges and yogurt. Had coffee and juices. There were no trays to carry the items back to your room. Would not recommend this place for anyone.

    The beds were comfortable, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. There was also no dedicated breakfast area. Guests had to get coffee from the office and take it back to their rooms, which was not very convenient.

    Plenty of hot water for all 5 of us to get showered. That we were not told there are no elevators, the pool is locked unless you check out towels and a key at the front desk, that the lady at front desk is hard to understand and didn't explain checking out towels for the pool when we checked in even though we asked about the pool, the hair on the floor in our room, the bed side lamps didn't work, the TV didn't work, the breakfast was "take away" as they call it in a brown paper bag (we passed so I can't say for sure what was in it). No one answered when calling the front desk, walk to lobby it was locked and no one to help with the problems. Oh and technically I rented 2 rooms one for my spouse and me and one for 3 of our children. I thought if you rent 2 rooms there would be 2 bathrooms but no, if the locking go between doors were closed our room would have been without a bathroom. So for tge money of 2 rooms we got 1 and a half. Location is a homeless infested crime ridden area.
