Good breakfast. Eventually got ac going. Great location. Beautiful grounds. Easy on site parking. Made reservations for me. Limited bed selection. Unable to provide any local information or guidance in English. Pretty much left us to handle things on our own. Shower floor was slippery

Lovely house, indoors and out. Nothing.

I requested a room on the ground floor if possible. My room was on the third floor, lots of stairs, no offer to help with suitcase. The description on booking is incorrect, no coffee maker in room, no eating in room, no parket floors.

Loved our huge room, comfy bed, lovely breakfast room and delicious bread!

Breakfast was excellent. Different fresh fruit each day and different pastries. Lovely yogurt.

Beautiful property. The decor was tastefully done. We were made to feel very welcome. Our French isn’t great but that didn’t matter. The rooms were comfortable, even had a mini fridge to keep drinks cool.

Lovely well maintained property. Surprisingly modern decor inside, but tastefully done. Rooms as photos on the website. Plenty of parking. A 20 minute walk into the town to lovely shops and restaurants, though we found a small free car park just outside the town walls (St Joseph car park). Breakfast was fresh orange juice, tea or coffee, fresh fruit, some cereal, fresh French bread and croissants, home made jams, ham and cheese. Unfortunately the loo, as part of en-suite, was a macerator loo which made quite a racket when flushed. Not ideal during the night!!

The manor is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and exceedingly comfortable! Beautiful garden, excellent breakfast - we loved it! A minor complaint - the shampoo/ body wash was not great.

This was without doubt the most beautiful B&B I have stayed at, over many years of travelling, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

This place is in a very pretty setting tucked back behind a garden wall and easy to find from the road (there’s a plaque on the pillar at the end of the driveway) the owner is very pleasant but we had a little difficulty communicating before our check in - this may be due to a language differences (the owner speaks no English) but it was a bit of a challenge establishing a time for check in and how to find the owner at the Manor. We checked in at 17:45 and our bathroom was still being cleaned. Our room was much smaller than we had expected and the bathroom and toilets were exterior to our room (I must have missed that on the booking.com site) but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and they had a great Dyson fan in the room which we were very grateful for. Breakfast was wonderful. Parking was easy and on site. Nothing really

Absolutely spotlessly clean and the Lady of the house could not be more obliging. The breakfast was homemade or very local of a very high standard. We walked on both nights into the port (Centre Ville) which took nearly half an hour when we were told it could be done in 15 minutes easily. We came back by taxi on both occasions. Make sure you ask for a price first.

good location for visiting Vannes , comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly and helpful host furnishing room a bit old fashioned, host spoke almost no English

Wonderful stay! The room was large with very comfortable bedding! Vannes was a pleasant 15min walk away. Would definitely recommend!

I habitually stay in B&Bs when I travel overseas every year or two. I have to stay after staying at Manoir de Beaupre I can say it is by far the best I have encountered. As others have said, the location is great, the 3000 square metre garden is beautiful, and the rooms are beautifully presented and comfortable. I just wish Hortense had a recipe book for sale. Her fresh pastries warm from the oven at breakfast are outstanding. I have worked as a chef for more years than I care to count, and taught hundreds if not thousands of trade apprentices. To come to a breakfast with the lightest and most delicate brioche I have experienced was one of feelings which change your perspective on something you thought you understood. In my stumbling french I said it was the best I had ever had in my life. Hortense says the Manoir is her obsession. We are all the better for it. Don't just stay a night or 2. Vannes is a great town. From Lindsay. I wish we stayed longer

Beautiful clean building, very charming and accommodating hosts. Breakfast was a highlight. We dined on our own food in the garden which was exceptionally pleasant. A flat 2km walk to city centre. Safe area. Great beds. All wonderful

Our hostess Hortense was exceptionally helpful and looked out for our every need. The house is beautiful and very stylishly furnished. The public room and the garden are spacious and well kept The house is a little further from the centre than I thought when I booked. However, parking in central Vannes was not difficult, so it was not really a problem.
