The location is good so to walk 60 yds to go to Ganges river. Staff were helpful , restaurant food was great. Getting to the hotel is difficult , as no auto s can go in those alleyways. But hotel staff are good enough to send a member to carry our luggage . Good walk. On the whole it's a good stay.

It is very close to the ghat .The staffs and the owners are very helpful . Basic amenities like toilet paper or complementary toilet amenities are missing inspite of paying a high price .

Location. Staff was super helpful. I didn’t realize that it couldn’t be reached by taxi, and my taxi driver, who spoke no English, repeatedly tried to make me get out of the cab. Not at all the hotel’s fault; it was mine for not researching that and making transfer accommodations accordingly. They sent a gentleman on a motor bike to get me, and to take me back, which was awesome and so appreciated.

The people there were extremely welcoming and extremely helpful arranging tours and taxis etc. Ayush even gave me his number to call if I got lost in the city which is very easy in Varanasi. Not much, I was happy with my stay there.

Good clean hotel with lots of hot water. Excellent location in the heart of Varanasi down an alleyway but with lots of restaurants and street food. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. A Tuk Tuk cannot drop you directly at the hotel but at top of the road and you walk for 200/300m, but it’s not far, it’s a pedestrian street. Quite noisy with barking dogs and squealing monkeys but not the hotels fault. Good hotel in great location.

Very close to Temple and GHAT, just 5 minutes walk. The food was exceptional. The approach of the hotel road was very dirty.

No parking facility... Location is so poor and getting down from car and walking 1.2 km from Girjaghar Chouraha to hotel through narrow and dirty lanes make life horrible for everyone...hotel sent their staff to carry luggage but staff ask money after reaching, tip is not enough. Hotel room has zero vantilation, but rate is too high and project as good hotel..... It spoilt our mood for walking so long in narrow and cow dung prone lanes.... ?? NO PARKING 1200 METRE WALK TO HOTEL NO VENTILATION IN ROOMS RATE IS TOO HIGH IN SUCH DIRTY LOCATION

Worst location. Impossible to get in to the.There was no road practically. We had to leave the hotel. Nobody will like to stay there
