The location was amazing! There was quite a walk through winding, narrow streets to access the hotel but all was worth it. Our room had a full view of everything happening on the Ganges. The room was a good size with most facilities available. Sanjeev, the owner, was very helpful, particularly when I needed medical advice. They also arranged staff or taxis to meet us when we needed them. The Dolphin Restaurant next door

It was beyond expectations. The location and view was out of the world. It was very clean and well maintained. Each and everyone of the staffs were very warm, welcoming, friendly, and polite. The services were on time and the food was high quality as well as great on taste with superb portions.

The Staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and hospitable. Sanjiv and Feijan are wonderful hosts that helped us out so much during our stay. We will be back!

The owner and the staff refused to provide room for the next day and shown rude behaviour to us and one our friend who came to meet us in front of the hotel. The owner stated that he doesn’t like us standing in front of the hotel (outside)and speaking and he tried to bully my friend. These guys doesn’t even know what is customer delightment.

Location is good Bathroom was not hygienic, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom

location was good worst service and staff. geyser was not working even in super delux room. we paid advance for taxi to tue airport but driver did not arrived and aaked us to walk us with luggage for 2 KM with senior citizens and kids. Towel was not provided. phones where not operating. our che-in time was 1 and we arrived at 2PM still room was not ready and asked us to wait. Staff is very rude.

The location bank of The Ganges it was awesome The room is not sound free that shown is the booking time the next room traveler create a lot of problem and abusive word The breakfast is included in this booking but didn’t receive any breakfast or water bottle Also not receive any blower ,no tv playing , no wifi service working We checked out the before one day left of booking but paid full bill for 3 days

Not Satisfactory. Poor arrangement. Dirty linens. Just the location is good. Maintenance nothing. After COVID no maintenance done actually.

Nothing The very first thing is the interior of the room was very bad - wallpapers of the wall was falling aprat from the wall. room was totally dark at the day time. the floor was very dirty and there is many more. The cost of the room was too high as per the quality. shame on booking.com.This was the first time i have used booking.com service the experience is very bad..Shame on booking.com. Not recommended at all

Location was good The person on the main desk was not much bothered. He was not helpful at all. The rooms were dusty and dirty. It was a tiny room for the money we paid. No room service facility. Not a good experience
