All good, professional and friendly staff, efficient check in. Clean rooms, breakfast was fine. Would stay again.

We booked a double room but were shown a twin room, and the view and room size were different from the photos. However, the beds were comfortable, the shower was easy to use, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The management or owner acted in a discriminatory and unprofessional manner toward us. They made racially insensitive remarks and even told us to leave, stating that 'the gate is open.' This behavior was completely inappropriate and unacceptable

The hotel is beautiful, decorated with great taste, modern and comfortable. Excellent beds, fridge, everything in room was perfect. Swimming pool in a garden setting and a huge park. Breakfast and bar excellent. What kept me from giving it a 5 stars is the person who checked us in and out (the first and last impression of the hotel), a young lady with the tact of an army sergeant. Perhaps she should be trained to ask people things like: "was everything ok?" The rest of the hotel staff is super friendly and do their best. Plenty of parking and charger for electric cars. Breakfast was of high quality and diversity, although not always refilled fast. Roadhouse restaurant just across the street One person at reception - amazing what one person with dry manners can do! Our room was at the end of the corridor and the pressure of water in the sink was very low, difficult to rinse hands. Keep in mind that hotel is outside the city, therefore often hosting tour buses and creating peak moments.

The hotel has beautiful gardens. The location was okey. This hotel is a hotel for tourists traveling in busses. We stay for two nights and every day they have two to three busses, with all the commotion that it creates to have so many persons at once’s. The selection and the food are not good. Our bathroom has a mold smell from the drains.

Nice place to sleep that’s all, the room was ok parking was available, this hotel for old people who wants quiet hotel to sleep or business people just to stop for one night then go it wasn’t a good experience for me First of all the breakfast was poor and the room was ok parking was available but the staff were fighting around 8pm at the reception area the manager ( owner) with the guy working at the reception

It is located in quiet place with surrounding forests area. Mrs. Alessandra who welcomed my wife & myself. Whenever I asked, she kindly explained with big smiles. We are planning to stay 2 days, but we stayed four nights. Nothing

Last, but not least, it’s really quiet which was perfect for a good night sleep. We stayed a couple of days and we enjoyed a lot.

Beautiful new hotel not far from the highway. A very friendly young man at the reception and a delicious breakfast. We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant impression. Convenient parking available.
