I had a wonderful stay and was very happy with the property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again. The only downside was that the room was missing some basic amenities. There was no coffee machine or kettle, and no drinking glasses were provided. These are small details, but having them would have made the stay even more comfortable.

The room we stayed is next to the main road with the view of parking building, you can hear the traffic very early in the morning. It doesn't have air condition only heater and it feel really hot even out side temp is 11 celsius in spring time.

Swim suit is obligated for sauna. Ok for pools, but for sauna is first time in my life that i see that

Nice place for an overnight stay when traveling by car. Very comfortable, nice SPA, fitness room. Very friendly staff. Restaurant is solely meat focused. Remote location surrounded by high-traffic roads. It’s a car driver’s choice.

Not much.. I did not see anywhere that hotel’s guests do not have priority to stay by the pool as beds are reserved from outside.. we were very disappointed. Staff did not perform well in the situation. When we asked for later check out we had to pay for each person just to stay by the pool, as we had late flight. You should respect your guests better. Very noisy as well.

The room was goed, clean with a nice shower . The bed was very hard for me. The wellness was good but small. The breakfast was very simple . Also they on Sunday they had a “special dinner” for 30 euros pp. it was next the pool with a nice DJ, but the food was not good at all, a big disappointment.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I never had such a good experience at a Best Western and I was surprised by the quality of the staff both from the hotel and the spa.

Everything was perfect . The restaurant inside the hotel (Eat meet) was spectacular. ( Special thanks to all the guys and girls working there specially Miss Yara ). The spa was good . Unfortunately Most of the rooms doesn't have soundproof .
