Beautiful place, with the sound of the river and lots of nature, well-stocked rooms, and breakfast options. Lucas is an excellent host. The restaurant has a good menu.

Great boutique stay. Nicely furnished rooms. Quite unique building, it was a monastery. There's a fully operational resto on the first floor. Free unlimited filtered natural water. Luca is a nice manager. The cleaning staff are disciplined, clean and honest. The knly thing that may be questionable is a set of stairs to our rooms. Which we have to carry our luggages to. Breakfast was decent.

The entire team was extremely friendly, the rooms were clean, very dog friendly, dinner& breakfast was great and everything looked very stylish. No area nearby where you could go for a long walk with the dog.

We loved this beautiful accommodation. Luca helped us with everything we needed. We also had dinner there. We walked the next day in Varese on Sunday when there was an antique market there and it was very, very nice.

The size of the room and decorration were fine, the shower great, the parking great, the food in the restaurant average It makes sense to choose this location only if you want to be in a place from where to travel to Lugano, Milano, Varese. Probably better in the summer as there is a garden.

The hotel is really nice, with a good restaurant and different options. The breakfast was always good with variety of options every morning. The staff is great and Lucca was the best host and very friendly!

Lovely place to stay, breakfast was ok but dinner at the the restaurant was superb! Would definately return any time we visit Varese again. The Wi fi was not working in the room and TV definately need improvement, but if you are interested in spending the night or visit the lakes nearby as we did you will not have a problem.

The best part of staying here is the restaurant and the cafe! The service, food and atmosphere are amazing. The whole property is nicely maintained & staff is extra helpful and friendly. The room was kinda dark, outdated and dusty.
