Spa facilities Parking on site full. Bedroom window opened onto restaurant/function room. Although not in use it was odd.

Staff was extremely nice, car parking in garage was easy, the location of the hotel was excellent. Room had a view to second floor. Basically there was no view.

Good location, city centre easily accessible. On-site parking was a plus, and the reception found a way to fit our 2 motorcycles in the garage even thou it was 'fully booked'. Very good breakfast. The hotel has a small indoor pool, which is a plus. Room was small and there is practically no air conditioning (and the ventilation in the room was not that effective either. We had a a bit wet motorcycle gear in the room, and that made the air really humid. No possibility to open a window didn't help.

We really found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful and most especially Isabella and Helena. They were both wonderful and made our stay even better. There was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel. It was wonderful.
