Great value for money! Conveniently located near the Vence town centre. The room (superior double) was basic in style and infrastructure but very comfortable and nice, with a little balcony. It was a short, 10 min walk to the bus station and about 15 min to the town center. It is well connected with Nice and St Paul de Vence, the nearest attraction. The hotel did not respond to several messages I sent them ahead of our visit (via Booking and also directly) regarding public transportation for getting there. But it's a small negative, given that they are a small operation in regional France. However, if they can improve their communication with customers it will be great.

The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the property is walking distance to town. We were there for a short stay and everything was comfortable and convenient. The property and facilities are basic without being fancy, but it was perfect for us. The hotel is close to the road and there is no view, but for our short stay, this wasn't a problem for us.

The bed was big and very comfortable. Big room for an affordable price. Very helpful and kind staff Impersonal and quite non charming, felt very generic and like part of a larger chain.

Large clean bedroom with a balcony. Swimming pool was welcome. Convenient for the old town and Matisse Chapel. The breakfast selection was limited but the bread was freshly baked and tasty

Staff was very helpful. All the parking spaces were already full. Online it gives the impression they have a restaurant but it was closed before 8 pm. Just disappointing as we were extremely tired.

We had a fabulous time. We loved this little gem of a hotel. Great location - less than a 10 min walk from the old town and the lovely squares to eat. The garden was an added delight . We had great fun in the pool and the staff were super friendly. This was a few days chilling for us before onwards travel to Antibes and it was prefect for this , but also a great base to visit other places in the Cote D'Azur . We did visit Saint Paul de Vence - a couple of stops on the bus ( 5 mins walk). We booked a ground floor room - this definitely added to the wonderful experience as we could access the garden and pool from our patio . Rated as 3* but much better than higher rated hotels. A very minor suggestion - a light on the patio or in the garden would be great.

The location is perfect, it only takes a few minutes to walk into the old center of Vence. There’s a parking lot just across the street for 2€ a day if you don’t reserve a space at the hotel itself. The hotel is simple but decent; our bed was comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly; the restaurant we were advised for dinner absolutely exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed having breakfast in the garden and relaxing at the pool in the afternoon.

The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. The parking is too small and needs to be booked in advance. There is a public parking nearby though. It would be nice to add a fridge maybe in the rooms.
