room size looked small. It was hassle to go to back alley with medical scooter. Breakfast price was high. proximity ti vaperatto. No need to cross any bridges

It is at great location. Hotel reception personals are nice and helpful. The breakfast quality is high. Highly recommend. Bedding facilities can be improved

The breakfast was good. No complaints there. Room was okay but no view of anything but the wall of the building next door which was on other side of a narrow alley. But in all fairness that's probably standard for that location.

We stayed 3 nights and had a great experience. The location is very convenient—close to the bus station, train station, and water bus. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel was clean, cozy, and newly remodeled. Beds were very comfortable ! Highly recommended! None

The staff is exceptional. They really care about making their guests happy and do smalll and large things to demonstrate that. The hotel is located in Venice’s transportation hub, yet it’s easy walking distance to great restaurants and shops located in quaint and historic Venice. The picture I posted shows a table we encountered on the way back to our room after dinner at a wonderful restaurant staff recommended. It’s to make your own lavender sachet! One example of the things the hotel does to take very good care of guests. Love this place. Not a thing

Nice hotel with a good staff. The rooms are extremely small and I felt a bit uncomfortable. If it was just me traveling I might’ve enjoyed the room more but for two people it was way too tight. Also the bed didn’t help. Not firm enough.

The location is convenient as it's close to the parking lot and the bus station, and didn't require much walking. Unlimited access to drinking water was appreciated Breakfast was average There were flies in the room and the breakfast area The staff at the bar was not attentive - didn't look at me when I spoke to them. The bedroom was really small
