The place was very close to the train station, very short walking distance. However if you have large luggage it will be hard to bring them over the bridges with steps so you'll have to take a water taxi anyway if you don't have the strength to bring up the luggages. it's doable but a bit hard. Facilities are as advertised, no surprises. Also the staff was friendly and really took time to show us the room and how all the locks and wifi works. Good value for money but it was a bit dark and small. Just enough for a couple, i guess with the price it is still good value. also the parking becomes very full during the day so it was hard to bring out our luggages when it was time to check out. doable but added some challenge. It was quite a long walk away from the main tourist locations but we didn't mind, because the advantage was it was closer to the train station and easier to bring our luggage.

The location was actually super convenient. Right off the bus station, so you didn’t have to lug luggage around the town, but still very easy to walk to the more touristy places in town.

Offering breakfast would be a nice gesture to offset the high costs of traveling to Venice. Even something as simple as some pastries or fruit would be lovely. A coffee table in front of the couch would also make it easier to eat or watch TV from there, if possible.

The lobby is in a separate building from the rooms. The entrance to the rooms comes from a parking lot that is so jammed full of cars they had to move them so we could get our suitcases to the door. The building itself is an absolute joke and is the complete reason for my lower score. Everything in Venice is small and old, and that is to be expected, but having to wade my way through cars to get to the door is ridiculous.....

Rooms are very ugly and the stuff at the reception must be more polite

The stuff is very helpful

A pleasant, spacious, and clean room with natural light, the right number of towels, bottles of water, and heating, which was important during a winter visit. Very convenient access to the airport.

Location. It is very convenient to take either taxi or airport bus for transfer between hotel and airport. No breakfast included

the room was clean, but there are no windows, only a couple of small skylights its rooms are within a busy parking lot , on the door there are the letter B&B,but they don't offer any breakfast it's a second location,as the reception is situated at another establishment. From there you need to walk through this garage and finally get to this sort of annex,,enclosed between the wall of the parking lot Also it's not cheap!!!!

Perfect for our last night in Venice. We wanted to stay near the bus station as we has a very early morning flight. We checked out of one hotel at 10am and moved over to Casanova fourrooms. They said if the room was not available for early check in, that we could leave our bags until they were so we could still go out and enjoy Venice. Luckily, a room was available so we could check in. Fantastic location, Super nice and helpful front desk woman who helped us regarding early morning transportation. Good communication with me previous to check-in date. Very smooth. The actual hotel room is in a building that you walk around cars in a parking lot, but again, very helpful instructions on arriving to check-in location and walked to our room with us. The room was perfectly small, clean, comfortable, etc.. I would stay here again. No complaints from me. I could see how someone would complain about walking around the cars in the parking lot, but it really wasn't a bother at all. This is really the only part of Venice that cars could arrive at, so parking is at a premium. The location for your transportation options on and off the island is perfect.

Located close to Piazzale Roma, vaporetto stop, parking lots, restaurants. No need to drag luggage into heart of Venice. Had smart tv we could use for YouTube but I could not fugure out how to access Netflix. Bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable to us, other people may prefer this. Basically on edge of parking lot with parking lot view and hustle and bustle associated with it, offset by convenience of taking luggage from car to room on lift. Like all parking in Venice cost is expensive-35 euros per day.

Nice premises, location The shower has a step in (bath) hard for older ppl & slippery also the bedroom desperately needs more light inside. More light bulbs as it’s very dark.
-
The location We had no windows to see outside
-
Location and cleanliness Maybe the room was too warn when we came in
-
The room was huge with vaulted ceilings and we were at the end of the hall.

If you need accommodation near the bus stop, this place is ideal. It was very quiet. Bed sheets and towels were clean. Shower was strong and hot. Furniture stained, walls dirty, furniture banged up. No windows. Staff not welcoming.

reception staff could be more friendly
