Ac unit in the room didnt work fully. But staff brought a fan to help

A bit difficult to find- dont use the address for the posting, request the specific link on Google or apple maps to make it easier to find!! A bit of trouble with the twin mattresses staying together on the large bed, but it waa fine.

Conveniently located, spotlessly clean

We loved our stay! Clean, roomy, short walk from the train station, helpful staff (helped us look up some new information) and delicious breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend!

Ideal location, really good stay. Clean, room was lovely, breakfast was decent. 24 hour reception was great for checking in after flying over. Staff were really friendly and helpful too. Absolutely no complaints.

You will hear boats outside if you windows face the street

Too many stairs. The elevator was not working unfortunately. Breakfast wasn't early enough for early morning train out.

There was a problem in our room with a strong smell coming from the channels of Venice. Apart of it everything was good.

The location was great! It is at the last bus stop from the airport. The breakfast was plentiful. The front counter staff person was fabulous! The room was on the second floor. But that's a European style if counting. The ground floor is #0. Then the second floor doesn't sound bad until you have to climb FOUR flights of stairs to get to the second floor because the ceilings are so high. There was no one to help with the luggage and no elevator. The building was originally built hundreds of years ago as a monastery and the rooms (or at least mine) was VERY small. I don't think the bed was a regular size twin bed. But the location was fabulous!

There were noises outside the hotel from a motorboat, as the hotel is near the canal.

I believe the building was a monastery and is hundreds of years old.

I would perhaps recommend that the continental breakfast have more variety; for example, there was no yogurt in tubs, no bread for breastfeeding, and no bread to make toast (there were packages of ready-made toast like crackers), but overall it was excellent. The bed was a bit hard... they should leave the pillowcases for those who keep them in the closet.

The staff were really approachable and helpful. The bathroom was spacious and they gave us our breakfast to go because we had our train ride in the morning. The room was a little stuffy when we arrived. It had no elevator and we had 5 suitcases.

It’s in Venice, close to the train station. We got eaten by mosquitos and bugs. There was a bird outside that sounded like it was dying and our room smelled like expired food. Someone else’s used soap bar was in the shower and the bed was as hard and a wood plank. There was really not much to like about our stay other that we were in a beautiful city.

The location is great. Close to the train station, quiet area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the earlier check in. The breakfast was good Our room was so tiny as well as a bathroom. The beds are comfortable, however they are very squeaky. The hotel is old and needs renovation.

Shower head was somewhat clogged.
