Location. Everything was good.

The location was excellent and the owner was helpful, pleasant, kind. The old building had character and our room had views of the canal! Breakfast was included.

I loved that this is an old-fashioned bed and breakfast, with the owners living in the property, and breakfast served at tables with tablecloths in a small dining room. David was very kind to let me drop my bag off early in the morning, and he hurried to get coffee and delicious rolls on the table for me the next day, as I had to leave before breakfast officially started. Wonderful area, quiet, but just a block from the main street in Cannaregio, where you can find absolutely everything. Davide also helped me figure out how to get to a place I wanted to see when Google maps gave me bad directions. Room was comfy, clean, and pleasant. Very safe area. Everything was just fine and I had everything I needed. The only slightly disconcerting thing was that the floor sloped noticeably in my room, but that is because the house is an old, authentic place in a city that is sinking. So it was kind of charming.

The location was superbe, just off a quiet canal about 2 mins from the action. It was in a quiet area, easy walk to everything. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The host was very attentive and very informative. Our room was quite large, had all the amenities needed. We highly recommend anyone looking to stay in an authentic Venetian home, very quiet, but near the action.

A family home with a few rooms for rent, simply furnished, comfortable bed, easy access near convenient vaporetto stops, quiet neighborhood.

the host was very kind and communicative, he was available on whatsapp for guidance on the way to the bb. the room was designed in a traditional way, very pretty and old style, gave a really nice feeling in this special city. Breakfast was very modest, could use some fresh fruits and vegetables. walls are thin (old building...) so u can hear your neighbors next door.

We loved everything about the B&B Al Palazetto! It is such an exceptional and beautiful B&B, we loved the historical decor and atmosphere. The location was very nice, in a quiet area away from the crowds but also easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We had the quad suite and it was very spacious, with comfortable beds. We had our own little area with a modern and spacious bathroom. We really appreciated the air conditioning at night, it was warm at the end of April! Davide was a wonderful host, we enjoyed many conversations with him! We really looked forward to the breakfast, especially the panini that David made for us every morning! There were many other delicious choices as well. I enjoyed the cappuccino and fresh croissants. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I am in Venice!! Nothing comes to mind. Exceptional stay!

Perfect location Easy to get from Airport via Alilaguna and to get around Venice Large space for 4 , big bathroom. Davide was a great host helping with local recommendation and early morning check out (: ***Note: be prepared for the tourist tax 3 euro/per/night (cash only)***

We had a great stay at this charming B&B. The host was warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet alley, yet just a short 15-minute stroll to Piazza San Marco, making it easy to explore the heart of Venice. Breakfast was delicious, though the portions weren’t overly large. Overall, a recommended place to stay. The quadruple room would be best suited for a family with two children rather than four adults, as it features a double bed and two single beds. And these single beds are quite small and not the most comfortable for an adult. If traveling as a group of four adults, it may be worth considering alternative room options for a more comfortable stay.
