location No hot water for two days, nonexistent reception, the staff doesn't speak the local language properly, making every request extremely lengthy

Awesome location... comfortable stay!!

The location was excellent, right by the rialto bridge The photos are very old and don’t reflect the standard of the room now. The carpet, top sheets, chair, headboard and curtains were stained but the bedsheets and pillow were clean. Also the aircon was broken and when I tried to contact the host, I received no reply

Central position, friendly staff, they changed our towels and bedsheets everyday, good value, would probably book again The wi-fi wasn’t working and there was mold on some walls. Also you could hear every noise from the street, and there isnt someone at the reception

Property is pretty, room looks nice and staff was friendly! The ad said AC is included since it’s summer here. AC didn’t work and the room got so hot that we had to leave our door open to the hallway where anyone could see in. Staff said they would send someone who never came and didn’t offer another room so we were feeling pretty gross during our stay inside. The mini fridge in the room was also unplugged and took forever to get cold after plugging it in so we couldn’t even keep water that cold

Location was good The property was very dark, dirty and dingy. There was a screw sticking up out of the floor that we caught our foot on. The management was very difficult to work with and did not answer texts or calls about where to drop bags. Stated “this is not a hotel don’t treated it like one.”

The location was very convenient, allowing me to reach key destinations quickly and easily The apartment was relatively clean, but the furniture was old and the flooring was in poor condition. The front door to the apartment didn’t feel very secure and was locked with a key that didn’t give much peace of mind

Location Missing basic facilities: proper doorknobs, no internal doorlocks, poor WIFI, poor room lighting, lack of notice for usage of air-conditioning.

Good

The water for the shower was cold so we basically couldn’t take a shower and the staff said they were gonna check it out and they never fixed it. Incredibly disappointing by the amount of money that is payed

Located in the heart of the city. The room was very well maintained and super clean.

The location is in the city center, where you can reach all the attractions on foot very quickly. The place was heated. The water was hot, though it takes some time for the hot water to reach the shower. Communication via WhatsApp is very easy, and they are very responsive. For this price, the apartment should be refreshed, as it is clearly very old. The air conditioning is very old and very loud, especially at night when it turns on. If people are looking for rest, it will likely be disruptive.

We loved the location, the rooms were nice and clean and the host is wonderful!

Great location, gold tile in the bathroom was elegant, good air conditioning, host was very helpful during check in, great bakery/coffee shop directly below My sister felt a bite on her ankles as she was going to sleep and thought it was a mosquito. The next morning she had two bites and we found the bed bug when we pulled back the sheets, see photo. The pillows were also quite flat.
