The location on the water and the air conditioning was a HUGE bonus! The breakfast was amazing as well. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults. We absolutely LOVED this place and would stay again. The charm and character is just amazing. I can’t think of a single thing we didn’t like.

Barbara was an amazing host. We had such a good time in Venice. She talked us into staying an extra night and we had a wonderful time. The room was amazing. It’s an old building and you just felt the history looking out the windows.

Beautiful location, calm atmosphere The breakfast as for me is too sweet, juices, bread, cereals, even cheese seem to contain a lot of additional sugars but coffee is good and also eggs

The location is amazing. A short and beautiful walk to the St. Marcos square. We had a 4 person room on the 2nd floor. The room is pretty basic, 4 narrow but very comfortable beds. Plenty of storage. The ceilings in this building are tall and make the rooms feel more spacious. The bathroom was just a few steps away and seemed to be recently renovated. We stayed here in early January. While it was cold outside, the room and the bathroom were warm and there were extra blankets. The view from our windows onto the canals was absolutely amazing. In the general area there is a coffee/hot chocolate machine and a few small refrigerators for guests to use. I don't think they have a microwave. The breakfast was quite simple but very nice. Good fruit, fresh breads, pastries, eggs, bacon, potatoes, coffee and tea. There is a luggage storage space if you are spending the day in town after checking out. The pictures online were quite representative of what to expect. We absolutely loved it here. All was perfect. A microwave would be amazing.

The woman who greeted us was friendly. The beds and pillows were lumpy. There were no extra throw blankets. The towels for the bathroom had holes in them. The walls were paper thin so we heard everyone around us all night.

I stayed one night with my family at the Foresteria, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, and our room had a lovely view of the canal. The staff were kind and professional, and check-in was quick and efficient. We were also able to store our backpacks in their lockers both before check-in (since we arrived early) and after check-out, which was very convenient. We were also able to stay in the lobby after check-out since the weather was too cold. The coffee and hot drinks machine in the lobby is available 24/7, which was very helpful. The breakfast was good, but the variety was limited - two types of salami and one cheese. The bread was fresh and offered a good variety. It would be better to include eggs on the menu. Fresh fruit was available and excellent. Overall, the breakfast was satisfactory. Unfortunately, during our stay the hot water ran out, and we had no hot water in our bathroom at night. The heater was on and made the bathroom very warm, but the lack of hot water was inconvenient.

Amazing location, close to all the sights. Very friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable room and we had a view that was lovely. It was modest and clean and very much loved the price with the included breakfast. Would stay again! Although a very nice stay I do wish the lock on the room door was more secure. I felt that it wasn’t securely locked sufficiently. I would also enjoy if the bed was more comfortable but I am nitpicking too much for the excellent price.

The location is awesome. The room was very very comfortable. The Breakfast was excellent The shower enclosure was too small otherwise everything was great

The bed linens like the bed spreads, were very, very old.

Some youth staying below me were a little loud but the property cannot be blamed.

The location couldn't have been better... Excellent.

Explain everything very clearly with details, and keep me updated at anytime, wish I really appreciated very much, because I let then know that I will be arriving late nigh . The service for Luggages ( Storage) after check out, was a plus. Breakfast ""excelente"". The Hotel has great location... Steeped separately as a couples.?
