The room was comfortable, the staff was helpful and the location is great. The hotel is renovating part of its area and the construction was a bit noisy. Fortunately the workers were there only during the day and we were away most of that time enjoying the city.
-
The location was quiet and not crowded at all - hard to find in Venice! The rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff were very helpful with arranging a water taxi for us for our departure to the airport. Overall highly recommend!

It was right on the canal close to some good restaurants One of the rooms had bedbugs and we told us they were going to change rooms, but they didn’t give us no credit or anything. they made it sound like there was no bedbugs there, but we seen them.
-
The staff was friendly and the area was great The property was great, I had no complaints
-
Very nicely kept. Rooms were spacious. Plenty of pillows and towels Had to open windows to cool down room. Therefore the mosquitoes found there way in and we bitten several times
-
Location and front desk Personnel Mosquitos and noise outside the windows in back. From construction to kids and dogs
-
The junior suit was clean. We stayed one night. The price felt like a bit high.

close to center, friendly staff, nice room, bit small though. I very much liked the desk in the room allowing me to work there. room was a bit small and dark. a window would have been nice.

Had huge amounts of personality, and the staff were really wonderful. We liked the location a little off from the tourist trail. They gave us free coffee in the morning even though we didn't order breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom elegant and lovely. The heating in the room was a little erratic, one night we were cold, the other night we were fine!

This is a beautiful little hotel, with warm friendly staff who only want to please, Saturday was the first day of the Carnival and all the staff dressed up to create the fun atmosphere. The room was decorated in a lovely Venetian style which added to the fun of being in a different space from home. Special thanks to all the front desk staff who were respectful of our Shabbat Observant requirements and made sure everything worked for us. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Jewish Ghetto, Synagogue and Kosher restaurants so was perfect for our weekend stay. Thank you.

Location is about 5min walk from the ferry drop off. Only about 10-15min walk to the main parts of Venice. Staff are excellent, especially the main breakfast attendant who is very kind and attentive. Everything good overall.

The hotel staff were INCREDIBLY helpful, warm and welcoming. The Hotel itself and our elegant & beautifully decorated room were very welcoming. They brought to life what the Old Venice opulence and beauty must have looked like. Their breakfast was delicious, with stunning pastries, fresh fruit & salads. The hotel made our Venice stay MEMORABLE. Strongly and warmly recommended. NOTHING!!

Very clean and nice hotel, and Roberto at front desk was very helpful , thanks
-
Beautiful decor bar and quiet canal location.
-
Being offered overpriced boat rides when I can get the same your for half the cost.
-
Staff very friendly, but the best thing about this hotel was the shower! The water pressure and size made after a long day or early morning ended or started the day feeling amazing. They were doing a bit of construction so it was noisy in the morning if trying to sleep in.
-
Location, staff were very friendly (especially breakfast staff), room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and coffee machine was the best! Nothing comes to mind
-
Breakfast was good. Typical Italian breakfast buffet. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding—best ever.
-
Very friendly staff, and room was spacious. Good location as it is a quieter section of Venice but still close to the water bus and shopping.

I didn't like that you had to keep dropping off your room key at the desk every time you leave and pick it up. It can be an inconvenience because there's a line in front of you of people checking in so you have to wait
