Checking in after a late flight was easy and the staff were very friendly

Good size room facing a lovely quiet courtyard. Two grocery stores within a minute of hotel. I requested an itemized invoice but only got a receipt at the checkout. Also the city tax was only collectible in cash. It should be easier to arrange payment with the hotel instead of Booking.com.

Excellent location, conveniently located near the train station and Alilaguna airport transfer boat. Great choices for in-room breakfast and helpful staff. No lift for second floor room. Room 201 is very small and not easy to negotiate.

It was clean, easy to access, walking distance to everything We were there 4 nights and didn’t receive any new towels, and there was one small bottle of bath soap for two people and the shower could use a soap dish to place shampoo and soap on

Location Worst bed I have ever slept on. No storage in the room or bathroom for any of our things. Two very flat pillows.

The location, quiet, and staff were terrific Elevator might be nice for some people. We were fine with the stairs

Great location on the island of Venice but not in a super touristy or busy part. The staff were friendly, the bed was nice and large, the room was clean, and it wasn't super expensive. No elevator so you'll need to use the stairs even if you have a suitcase. The doors close after 8pm as staff heads home so make sure you keep your keys with you at all times.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful and nice location. Within easy walking distance to the water taxi too. Beds were too hard.

We found the room to be quite hot and after opening the window ended up with mosquito bites

The staff were absolutely exceptional. Anna was extremely responsive to messages via booking.com, Micel (sorry spelling/similar name) was so so helpful with directions to our tour, recommendations for local restaurants and hotel information! Gaia was so great helping us check out and store our luggage. The rooms were SO CLEAN and wonderfully kept. Housekeeping everyday refreshed our coffee, soaps and towels. The location was perfect for the area. Room was very small but we had a small view of the canal and the room had everything we needed. Honestly, a beautiful little hotel and we highly recommend. Nothing not to like, just the room was very small and could be improved by removing the small desk and chair to make for more room and put a shelf over the fridge instead to make better use of the space.

Room is small, not a concern for me, but people with large (or multiple) bags will probably have a hard time.
