Great location next to a small canal and bridge. Nothing

Delightful hotel in an ideal location.
-
Simple but clean. Location was good. “Help yourself “ style Noise
-
The location was fairly close to the train station so I think we only had one set of canal bridge steps to carry our luggage over, and it was near great shops & restaurants. Loved our Juliet balconies! Room was very comfortable, modern bathroom, friendly staff, everything was great! Everything was great, absolutely nothing to complain about

A little loud being on a main walking path.
-
The location is in the centre of Venice. Room very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage in the lockers downstairs for free. The property is on one of the main street. Noise during all the night, was not possible to sleep even with earplugs.

Easy to find, good location, easy Checkin The AC could work better, but not worth a negative acore

The front desk staff member working during my stay was kind and did her best to help. The location was also convenient but beware this is not a four-star hotel. It is much closer to a Hostel, the pictures make it look much nicer than it actually is. I was kept up all night by bedbug bites. I captured one bug from under my pillow to show management the next morning and also documented the bites I received. What followed was hours of waiting and back-and-forth with management to get approval to check out early, when this could have been handled with a simple and empathetic solution. Instead, I spent nearly eight hours dealing with the issue, which significantly impacted my trip, and I was not even refunded for the night I was unable to sleep in the room. Also, Booking.com was not that hopeful to be honest. They just said we’ll give you $70 credit. Which didn’t even cover the $200 a night.

Really loved the location. Strongly recommend people stay in this area. Less crowded. Hotel was easy to find. Good instructions for checking in provided. Room was very clean. Shower was the best we had in Italy so far. Coffee service in room was great (had milk) and you could get refresher goods on your own. No real complaints. It was a tiny bit loud, but hotel had provided ear plugs. Our room overlooked a canal so it was to be expected. I didn't realize that I couldn't get more water. There were a couple in the room, but no bottles in the kitchen or refresh cabinet.

location and room is really great, love the cleanliness, mainly self service for essentials but you can contact the staffs 24/7 via whatsapp. not sure how the air-con works while the central-heat system are on, but we end up open the window for fresh air. otherwise nothing to complain.

I honestly can't think of something I didn't like.

The staff were amazing! They were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make my stay a special time. A little more explanation about how the shower worked?

I liked everything. There was everything you need for a short stay. We were provided with two boxes of water each, enough for two days, in nicely designed water boxes. There was a coffee machine and tea available. For a short stay, it was a perfect place with a very central location. Spar and Coop supermarkets were nearby. There was a nice balcony, but there was a cigarette butt left there, which was not nice. There was a cigarette butt left in the balcony, which was not nice.

I like the furniture and there’s coffee machine in the room with tea and oatly milk, also plates which is very thoughtful
-
Everything - the room was excellent overall, bed was excellent bathroom excellent, spacious and nicely decorated. Soundproofing is the only thing they could improve, since it’s in a central location.
-
The place was near to a vaporetto stop that made traveling easier. Last day of leaving a member of the staff, a female, was very rude and unhelpful about how to do the process for checking out.

2. However, I recommend spending a bit more and choosing a room with a balcony, as it offers a much better view 1. Since it was in a great location and our room had a view, we could hear a lot of noise from tourists in the middle of the night. 2. At night, mosquitoes bothered us while we were trying to sleep. 3. There was no one at the reception to ask about breakfast, and we waited for about half an hour until someone came and gave us the address of a place to have breakfast
