The host, Max, was amazing. He helped us a ton with baggage drop off, gave us a map of the city and told us all the places to go, he was super friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. The room and the entire place was amazing. Everything was really nice and location was perfect. Close enough walk to all of the big destinations, but tucked away enough is a really nice quite location. The garden was amazing and breakfast was phenomenal. Nothing, everything was amazing.

The owner Max was very kind and helpful on our arrival, and Drita, the woman working the breakfast was very caring. The location was excellent in a quiet neighborhood while still having everything close. The room was also very spacious and clean, just like the photos. AC was also working very well

Everything was perfect – the location, the room decoration and facilities, and especially Max, an exceptional host.

Everything was great! The service and rooms were the best we had for our whole trip which included three other locations. We really enjoyed the excellent breakfast in the garden every morning and will absolutely stay here again if we come back at some point. The location was perfect and we were able to easily see all the parts of Venice that we wanted to see in the 4 days we were here. Nothing. Everything was excellent.

The staff went above and beyond to helping us navigate the city. They had a wonderful breakfast for us each morning.

Max was extremely accommodating in meeting us upon our arrival. He graciously gave us many recommendations for restaurants, best places for a glass of wine and a view, great photo spots, and much more. He was very informative and educational about his lovey city of Venezia. Additionally, we couldn't have been more thrilled with our room, the wonderful building and lovely garden. It was such a treat to have such a wonderful little spot to sit in the garden and have breakfast each day. After two weeks of traveling to five other cities in Italy, this place was such a pleasant surprise of peacefulness and tranquility. Our room and bathroom were so spacious and absolutely beautiful. Breakfast each day was delightful and prepared by the loveliest woman. We loved it all!

Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with all essentials provided. The breakfast was served in a peaceful garden with beautiful glowering trees. The hosts were very helpful and any concerns were addressed quickly. Would stay here again.

Max was very welcoming on arrival, giving great tips for our trip. The Continental Breakfast was excellent and included a selection of cereal, yoghurt, pastries, ham and cheese. Coffee and tea facillties in the room would have been a welcome addition.

Location A bit loud at night. Need to keep windows closed.

The room was spacious and conveniently located to the Train station. The host was wonderful and gave us great insights into venice and places to visit. The onsite breakfast was very good. You will need to take your luggage up the stairs though, the host did help us with this.

Room was spacious, clean, and well designed. Beds are comfortable and it's just off the main streets so it's quiet. Loved all the recommendations Max gave us - all the restaurants were so good. Great breakfasts too. We'll be back the next time we're in Venice
