Close to the train station and with a good space, excellent bathroom, regard of the shower the water strength is low

Told when we checked out someone would help with luggage we just returned from cruise and had heavy luggage. We two senior citizen women who had to drag luggage down two flights of stairs. Other than that the place was nice.

Traditional Venice home AC not cooling enough.

The tv was not working and there was no iron

Breakfast may be beter

It was a good price and convenient to the train station and had a rustic old world charm

Everything Nothing

Very clean, well situated, excellent breakfast, staff very friendly. Bed a bit hard, not many electrical outlets in the room.

The location was absolutely great, easy to find. Super close to everything. 15 min walk from Piazzale Roma. The flat was very pretty and decent size for a short stay. Bed and sofa were comfy. The breakfast was lovely. There is a small supermarket less than 5 mins away. Plenty of restaurants around. Would absolutely book again if returning to Venice Didn't bother us much, but I think the stairs might be a challenge for some, so maybe take it into consideration.

Great location in a side street off the main shopping street of Canareggio, easy to walk everywhere. Key pick up was 1 minute away. We were shown our room and the taverna recommendation was excellent. Delicious breakfast served to us alone!

Very convenient to restaurants, shops, and all things Venice. Steps away from the train station. Noise from outside crowd throughout the night. That is not anything the hotel can control.

USB points would be great I'm not sure how this could be described as a Superior room.
