Very noisy AC made it hard to sleep

For the last day they offered to keep our luggage until afternoon when we leave. This was very helpful for us because we had time to visit more the beauties of Venice. The bathroom was very small but this was not an impediment.

Bed was quit old and i could feel the springs in my ribs I got a rude call half way into the stay. That I need to get my stuff because I was supposed to check out Took a long time to convince that it was wrong and because she did not ask about my name turned out she called the wrong number And than in the afternoon staff came into the room without knocking or asking if someone was in the room

Comfortable, clean and good central location near restaurants and not far from train station

No it’s not good location , room is not good, shower is to small you can’t stand and breakfast is a joke I am not recommending to stay there

The receptionist gave us nasty attitude since we came and deal with Italian residents in another smile welcoming face Good clean rooms

Location There were mosquitoes in the room, and there was no remote control for the air conditioner.

I like it that's its only 10 minutes away from the train station and its quiet while nearby the stores. The shower is like a capsule, its too small and very narrow. The room is very old, given its in Venice location. The worst is - there are a lot of mosquitos. We checked out with a lot of itchy bites that we had to go to pharmacy to buy an anti itch cream. When I told the front desk - he said it could be the windows. Yes, their windows are cracked open that cannot be closed. The front desk is not as friendly as expected to be. If I have saved more money, I will choose a better lodging.

We had a rough time getting to the city and ended up showing up past 3:00 am. We paid a penalty for late check in, but we knew the policy beforehand and were just happy to have someone there waiting for us to show up. The host at the desk was kind and understanding even though it was so late. The location was pretty good. The room is pretty small. I know it's Venice, and space is a premium, but it was pretty cramped for 2 adults and 2 kids. The air conditioning wasn't turned on for the season, so we had to sleep with the windows open. The entrance is located in a pretty dark narrow alley way.

The owner put me in another location far from the railway station without informing me in advance.

The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, but were plenty to just sleep in while exploring Venice. The location is fantastic, a 1-minute walk from the Jewish ghetto and 20 seconds off the main tourist route. This hotel is Shabbat friendly for the most part, if you're observant then beware of the motion-sensor lights for rooms with a "shared bathroom" and the electric door if staying at the "junior suit" across from the main hotel building.

Very good stay. Really nice and very kind staff

The room was cozy with big kitchen in separate room. We had family of ants on the floor and the size of shower was very tiny.

I am not familiar with Venice but it was wonderful that the hotel was close to a vaporetto line. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful as well.
