I loved the location and the interior design of the B&B! The breakfast is such a nice addition, and it’s definitely a bang for your buck! Would recommend to anyone traveling there! Bathroom was shared with another room and could get a bit stuffy, but overall not bad!

The location was good and the staff was wonderful. Pillows and lack of blankets. Also, with 2 people travelling, that means 2 suitcases but there is no real room to open up and set up 2 suitcases. It would be better is they did not have the tiny little lamps but would provide easier access for plugging in chargers without us having the pull our extension cord over the bed and having it hang over us. Also, the AC unit was super loud for a mini split. They need screens on the windows. Fresh air is great but if you don't know, opening a window for fresh air leads to mosquitoes.

Very kind staff, beauifully decorated and awesome location Breakfast was okay, fresh coffee would have been great.

Bathroom had a bad mildew smell. Furnishings and linens were a bit old.

Location closed to the railway station and Piazzale Roma (where is the connection to all airports) Central location closed to restaurants, san Marco and other stations for Vaporetto to Burano, Murano, Lido.

Superb

Excellent location on the main street leading to Santa Lucia train station. 700 meters to the station, a little over a kilometer and a half to St. Mark's Square. Also close to the water bus stops. The room had authentic decor that matched the style of the building. Our room had a private bathroom, which was a big plus. Friendly staff, smooth check-in and check-out. The narrow streets of Venice were crowded, so we bought a 24-hour ticket for the water buses. We also visited the nearby island of Murano and explored its many glass shops. Incredible works of art. Breakfast was typical Italian, a bit modest for those used to continental breakfasts.

Location was convenient to the St. Mark’s Square, the water taxi and the train station. Air conditioner worked well. Viola was very helpful & personable!!The cook, Ricardo, made a nice breakfast and came in early both days to accommodate our schedule. The beds were lumpy. The shower lacked pressure. There is no elevator. Not updated for the price.

Room and Bathroom were good and very authentic. The breakfast was very sad. Coffeemaker was good but everything else seemed very loveless and after 2 days I really wished I had not booked breakfast. 4 days of the same cold eggs, olives, pickels and tomatos (you could tell they were the same since it was all fridge cold) Bread was stale or pre packaged in plastic.

Looked good, but as not as on the picture. Room was rather small. But still decorated nicely. Had equipment to make tea in room and there was small kitchen in corridor as well. Breakfast was good! Location was good also. -

Superb

The hotel was in a perfect location. Close to transportation and convenient for restaurants and sights. Everything was great.

The only observation we had is that the kitchen is steps from the rooms so all the noise for the breakfast to be ready started really early. So if you plan to stay in a little late maybe you will have an unexpected alarm going on.

Loved this little b&b. Very Italian and quaint. Great location too. Only 5 mins from train station.
