It's was OK - but not great. No place to sit. No place to use a laptop. A high price for a smallish room, very close to noise of main walking route. Make it easier to get coffee. Provide a place for people to use a laptop. Do something about the very high price.

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and helped with any recommendations we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great AC! The fluffy white robes were such a treat! The location was perfect for accessing everything we wanted to see and being close to many retail shops and grocery stores. It was pretty much perfect!

Rooms, breakfast and amazing staff, so friendly and knowledgeable. Ac in the rooms worked well. Breakfast could have been a 7 am as it was so hot you wanted to get out earlier

Came here on my honeymoon while visiting Venice. It was a beautiful hotel with a wonderful breakfast. The hotel staff was so helpful. They recommended a restaurant and it was our favorite restaurant of our entire trip!

This is a great hotel! Staff is beyond friendly and helpful, especially Elena. We booked last minute and they were super accommodating and understanding of our situation. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely book again when returning to Venice.

Fantastic property in a great location near the train station and close to a canal. Also excellent restaurants,and shopping nearby. Beautiful dining room with an excellent breakfast. Very helpful conscientious staff. We felt safe and very cared for. Nothing not to like about this hotel!

Decoration was fantastic. Location was excellent. Need bath mat in the shower. The shower floor was slippery. Fell in shower.

The room is pretty, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. Each of the staff members was very welcoming, polite, and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying there. Nothing.

Elena, in particular, was always ready to help, offering deeply local and practical insights on everything from transportation to dining. The staff in the breakfast area were equally warm and attentive, and the breakfast itself was excellent. Overall, the hotel felt welcoming and homey—true luxuries while traveling. I plan to return to Venice and will most certainly stay at the Arcadia again.

I booked the single room. Expectedly small, but the bathroom was a bit narrow. Maybe most of Venice hotels have limited space. The hotel was easy to get to from the train station. When you exit the station, turn left and walk about 5-8 minutes.

The location was the best part of the hotel. The night staff was nice. The rooms were very clean. If you’re looking for a very small hotel, with no need of assistance- this is your place. They were very helpful in finding me a water taxi and even helped bring out all my luggage. There was no elevator, steep stairs just to get to the reception. I booked 3 rooms- for every little extra charge they had to repeatedly ask me to pay, not waiting till I checked out. There was no eating in the rooms. No feeling welcome. No children- not even for a few minutes without the 3rd degree. I felt like they were doing us a favor to stay there. I would never recommend it to anyone.
