Big room , nice bathroom and near train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful A bit dated but still very nice .

The AC worked well. and check in and out was easy and the staff very friendly.

Close to train station. No welcome water or any drinks in the fridge and have to pay for water at the reception!!! On the booing.com says check in at 1pm, told to wait till 2pm upon arrival.

The hotel was very clean, which was the most important thing for us. Although the room and bathroom were quite small, everything was well maintained. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was a lifesaver during the extremely hot weather in Venice. Even the hallway was air-conditioned. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was also very convenient. 酒店非常干净，这对我们来说最重要的一点。虽然房间和浴室都比较小，但维护得很好，非常整洁。空调效果特别好，我们到威尼斯的时候天气非常非常炎热，空调真的像救命一样，你进入房间的时候空调已经是开启状态。连走廊都有空调。工作人员态度友善、热情，也很乐于帮助客人。酒店的位置也很方便。 The room, bathroom, and elevator were all quite small. The elevator didn’t have air conditioning, so it could get a little warm, but it wasn’t a major issue. Since this is a three-star hotel, the room size was understandable and didn’t affect our stay. 房间、浴室和电梯都比较小。电梯没有空调，所以里面会有一点热，不过时间很短，可以接受。考虑到这是一家三星级酒店，这样的房间大小是可以理解的，并没有影响我们的入住体验。

Close to train station, water boats. Very convenient No elevator so had to drag heavy luggage upstairs, but this is the case in many places since they are old buildings

A 6 min walk from the train station. The team was super friendly and helpful! We had a canal view as it is right on one of the canals with restaurants right outside.

Mosquitoes in the room, which I understand being by the water but I killed at least 5 over two nights and never left my windows open. They need insect repellent. Also a rude gentleman at reception. The young lady the first day was great though

Better recommendations of different food options for clients with food allergies. Also, it seems a theme, but wash cloths would be nice.

It was close to the train station and very clean. It is such a cute, friendly place to stay! It was very loud at night. The walls are very thin.

Very clean and comfortable! In fact, we are trying to see if we can buy the same brand of pillows! Staff were very welcoming and accommodating and the location was a short 8-10 min walk from the train station! Would definitely stay again! Don’t recall receiving info about breakfast served or prices for such, so we missed that part.

The room was very small, but livable.

The size of the room could be better for the price. Also, the water pressure almost none existent. Stairs was a hassle but thats how venice is, lots of walking and stairs.
