B&B Sognare A Venezia

Location felt like we were having an experience vs a place to stay! The arrival from the train station was easy the first experience of coming into Venice wasn’t overwhelming as a lot of the city is! Can’t think of anything

B&B Sognare A Venezia is ideally located near the bus and train station, making arrival and departure very convenient. From there, it is easy to explore Venice either on foot or by vaporetto. The room is compact but comfortable for two people and was perfectly suitable for our three-night stay. The bathroom was functional, well maintained, and cleaned every day. Breakfast was served at the B&B owner’s restaurant just a few meters away, which was a nice and convenient touch. The owners were very nice to us. Overall, it offers very good value for money, and we would happily stay there again!

the hotel is just a door in the street. It was hard to find even when we asked vendors near by. the stairs are very inclined not suitable for elderly like us. The lady in charge was not the friendliest. The breakfast restaurant was very nice and the staff were nice but we had to walk 3 blocks to get to it.

Location very near the train station, able to drop off bags before checking in, continental breakfast at their cafe on the Grand Canal was lovely. Room was clean & Comfortable. Room is on Main thoroughfare road from train station so MANY hordes of people crowding the street throughout the day. Be aware in case you have leg/knee problems- tight staircase going up to room: 12 steps to tiny landing, 13 more to our room.

This was our first time in venice. The trip was awesome, enjoyable, successful and full of memories. I can't find anything to complain about. Perfect, perfect, and perfect. This place has a great team who provides the best. The room was clean, enough for 2 adults. Coffee , sugar and snacks were provided in our room. Welcome bag had water bottles and box of cookies. This was a plus for us because before coming to venice on this same trip, we went to Amsterdam, copenhagen and rome, none of the hotel had a welcome package for us. The location is great, close to train station, bus station, taxi, next to grand canal. Close to all stores and restaurants. The staff were very nice and kind to us. We don't eat bacon or pork. The breakfast team prepared egg omelet for us. Had with coffee, cappuccino, croissant, yogurt etc. Breakfast was delicious. Breakfast on Grand Canal. What a memory to cherish for life.. we had to leave very early in the airport, we were supplied with juice, and pastry to cater our morning. We were never sent empty stomachs. This is how much they care about the customers. We had a kitchen as well. I couldn't cook but next time I will definitely book the same , and definitely will cook. Thank you, guys. Everything was excellent -- location, room, and breakfast. The location allowed us to easily reach other parts of Venice by walking or vaporetto. The room was perfect for us, as a couple, with enough space, great shower, and fun view of the plaza outside. Finally, the breakfasts were lovely: fresh fruit, cheese, ham, cereal, and pastry. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. Everyone was wonderful! Nothing.

The location for breakfast, right on the Grand Canal, watching Venice go by was an amazing experience - and they make great cappuccinos, It was also wonderful to look out our window on the square

Just 2 minutes from the train station is the trattoria where you check in, and 2 minutes further is the lovely B&B. Newly refurbished, very clean, excellent AC. It was so nice not to have to drag the suitcases all over Venice. Breakfast is self-serve on the terrace facing the Grand Canal and very good. Sip your cappuccino and watch the boats go by. Simone and all the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We would love to return!

it's very close to S. Lucia station. Nothing

Great location, excellent breakfast and staff. Short walk to the train station, even with our luggage. All good

The B&B is only accessible through steep tight stairs. Totally fine for us. But it could be tricky with heavy luggage. Just to let you know.

Shower temperature difficult to regulate. However the bathroom itself was modern and very clean

Superb

Very nice apartment located not far from Santa Lucia. Was a good starting point for the trips round the Venezia. Breakfast was served in the Tratoria nearby. It was served on the terrace near Canale Grande. Apartment was comfortable, although a bit tiny, but enough.

We loved our stay. It is is a very nice area surrounded by restaurants and bars. It is a very easy walk from the bus and train station and about 20 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. Our room was not huge but it was very clean and comfortable and we had the unexpected bonus of a kitchenette. The owners could not have been more helpful and it was lovely to have our breakfast each morning on a terrace overlooking the Grand Canal at their restaurant just a couple of minutes walk from our room. We also had dinner there and the food was very good. I would highly recommend. For the middle of Venice we could not fault it but there is a very steep staircase up to the room which may be a problem for some.
