It was humid and warm and so much so that I couldn't sleep properly, the room had a fan but no A/C

Very good location.

location is good. It is close to the train station. But the room is OK and reasonable.

Good location We found bed bugs in the pull-out bed after our son woke up covered in bites. We were moved to another room, but found additional bed bugs in the second room’s pull-out bed as well. After reporting the issue, the owner accused us of bringing the bed bugs into the property and told us we had to leave. This was disappointing and stressful for our family.

Cigarette smell from lobby. Mosquitoes.

Great location. The owner was incredible - very, very nice. Showers were hot. Only issue is lot of noise from room above. (Just ask for top floor to avoid). Even with all the noise, would enthusiastically recommend this based on tremendous staff and prime location near train station. Walking distance to everything.

Person in reception was very angry and we're responding like we are not hotel guests but some random people who asked to stay in his place for free. Each question we asked he responded very angry way. Hotel receptionist should not respond like this

Price is very good for the quality of the room and location. Staff is very very nice. Lobby is 1 level above the ground. Gentleman helps you carrying luggages up and down. Bathroom is super clean and new. Room is very nice. There aren't that many outlets to plug in electronics.

Too much talking in the early morning. Bathroom in a different floor.

Everything doesn't like it

Location exceeds expextations.

Nothing. It was a horrible stay. Don’t recommend it Staff was not helpful, they were rude, the place smell very bad, like cigarette and old furniture. When we arrived we gave the guy all our info and it was only left a form that he needed to fill, he left us waiting while he folded some sheets and towels…

Convenient to bus station. Very clean. Good sized shower. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Host/owner was very hostile when we arrived to drop off our bags which he said we could do when we called 2 weeks prior. We did ask if the room was ready and he angrily told us 2 pm, which was fine. He angrily grabbed our bags and was very short with us. When we came back later his mood had not improved and he kept our passports stating he did not always do this. We were mother and daughter traveling alone and at that point felt very uncomfortable. Decided to stay due to the cleanliness of the room and lack of other options at that point. However, the rest of the interactions were pleasant. The room was situated right next to the check in desk so not very private or quiet.

My third stay here! An excellent value, the location is great, it's loaded with character. I had slight case of food poisoning during my stay and they were very kind and helpful. I liked everything, but this might not be the place for the delicate traveller.
