Great location, close to everything . Good air conditioning and darkened rooms for sleep. Beautiful balcony with views

Property was in a good location within walking distance from the train station and everything else around the city My only complaint would be about the beds. They were not very comfortable, quite hard.

Very helpful staff. Good location. Close to the train station and about a 15 minute walk from the center. Rooms were a bit small. But good pricing.

Very generous room, ample spacious and an added bonus of a terrace overlooking the Bascillica and square. Located really close to water taxi stop. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms clean and tidy with daily linen changes. Nothing - was really happy with the property and the price paid.

This is not even a motel, very badly maintained, total waste of money, looks like a scam, charging 4 star price for a single star hotel. No elevator, not even toilette paper holder, leaking shower, lot if plumbing issues. Worst of all one of the staff members who checked me in was totally rude and looks like she does not like non white people, seem like a racist, she was extremely rude. Hope Venice tourism will cancel the license of this hotel who have been cheating customers with extremely poorly maintained hotel in Venice. Every customer was complaining and the hotel staff fighting with customers every day , I happen to stay in this hotel from May 12th to 14th, checked out today and had to review for other tourists help, beware tourists stay away from this pathetic motel. Normally I don’t review while I am still in transit but reviewing this hotel for everyone help.Stat away from this hotel please, trust me. Because of over tourism in Venice this hotel getting away with floating tourists. Couple of staff members Ms Adriana and and Mr Fabio evening shift staff were better mannered person I found. Other staff should be fired immediately. Nothing I liked , staff rude behavior who checked me in, Bathroom shower leaking can not take bath , no elevator and you need to carry your baggage to fourth floor, they were not allowing help, even the official Venice authorized Porters as well. Lady who checked me in should not work here if she does not like tourists and does not know how to treat customers , very rude, we have paid lot if money no decency.

The location is perfect. Great place, really recommend

Proximity to the train station was ideal in a lovely square less than 5 minutes away from the station. Room was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Ensuite was a little small More accessible electrical sockets would have been useful. Windows didn’t close properly so noise from the square below was a little loud.

Location The toilet and shower was separate from my bedroom! It was very uncomfortable

The room was quite small, including the bathroom, and overall the space felt limited. However, for a two-star hotel, it was acceptable. The location is convenient, close to the train station, which is a plus. The staff was nice and helpful, and they allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which we appreciated. Overall, a decent option for a short stay. The room was very small, including the bathroom, and the overall space felt quite limited. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable and small. Another downside is that there is no elevator, only stairs to access the rooms, which is not convenient if you are traveling with large suitcases.

- location being so close to station - staff’s behavior there was no amenities like kettle and breakfast option

The bed is not a queen bed as I booked. actually they put two single mattresses together, but in the middle, there was a gap.

This hotel was chosen for price and easy access from train station and it didn't disappoint, especially as our train was late and arrived at 9pm instead of 4pm. Walk was easy, with plenty of shops and cafes around. It's a small and compact hotel. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely view of the square (once you open shutters and tie the curtains back). Heating was very efficient and bed comfortable. The bathroom was the tiniest one we've ever used, but we managed and it was modern and even had a bidet. We didn't book breakfast and only stayed one night. Would come back again if we were arriving by train.

The staffs are very friendly

Close to the train station, clean, good value for money.

the location and staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. the beds were fine, the pillows could have been better. The detached restroom was expected but very cold.
-
Super clean room and bathroom.
-
The restroom size was amazing, very satisfied with that. The location of the hotel was perfect because it was a 6 minute walk to the train station, which was our main transportation during our time in Italy. The room was very small, not very accommodating for someone who is traveling with big luggage. The bathroom was outside of the room which makes sense why the room was that size, but regardless, there could be a little more space for moving around.
