Location was very good. close to train station. Room size

It was clean We paid full price, our bathroom inside the room did not work so we had to use the community toilet and shower and our air also didn’t work but couldn’t open the windows because there were no screens on the windows so the mosquitoes were eating us alive. There was no staff to complain the next day as no one but the cleaning lady was there. Horrible stay

The location is great The staff was very disorganized and not ready to check me in at 17:00, so I had to leave so I could enjoy Venice while I waited on their reception to return. And there is black mold in the room and in the bathroom. That’s very common in Venice, but you have been warned.

The location is excellent and the room was large with a nice terrace that looked out to the canal. The shared bathroom was awful and one of the other guests on the floor couldn’t figure out the door lock to the stairwell door causing excess noise all night.

Nothing just maybe location Very Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. The property does not match the photos or description shown online. The hotel we originally booked was completely different from where we were actually accommodated. Upon arrival, we were placed in another building without prior notice or consent. This building was very old and poorly maintained, feeling more like something from the 18th century, not in a charming or historic way, but in terms of neglect and deterioration. Cleanliness was a major issue. The toilet was dirty, and overall hygiene standards were unacceptable. The entire place looked worn out and badly in need of renovation. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The lack of transparency, poor cleanliness, and outdated facilities made our stay very uncomfortable. We do not recommend this hotel and feel misled by the listing.

The location is good This hotel does not have heating or hot water and it is not just a problem that happened on my stay, look at the reviews and you will find that this problem has been happening for months and during the summer they have no air conditioning. They even have signs in the bedroom saying that there is no hot water which indicates this problem has been happening for a long time. The hotel management obviously saw it as more important to create signs explaining the hot water is not working than actually fixing the hot water So that shows me how little they value their paying guests. I asked the hotel reception for a solution to the lack of heating and no hot water and they said to email the management to find a solution. I sent an email to the hotel managers immediately after check in and they never replied to my email. So there was no solution and no apology to me being freezing cold in the bedroom and not being able to wash myself for 2 days because there was no hot water. A hotel with no heating and no hot water in the peak of winter should not be allowed to open because all this does is ruin guests holidays after they have spent a lot of money to come to Venice.

Good location to water ferries & train station. Fun evening pedestrian street. Air conditioning not work. Shower was not cleanest. Glad I had a choice of two.

We were staying there for three days, so we didn't have to check out every day. However, the old Italian man at the reception, who didn't speak English, kept yelling at us loudly and demanding we leave the room. This property was about a 7 minute walk from the train station. This property advertised that it was air conditioned, but when we entered our room it was boiling hot. I turned on the supposed individual air unit at 9:30 p.m. to cool the room while my family and I went to get dinner. We were out for 2 hours and when we returned the room was warmer than when we left. I contacted the host through booking.com, called the number listed on the reservation several times, and even knocked on the door labeled as “night service,” but still no response. By this time the room reached 90°F, which became unbearable. Our room was very inconveniently placed as open windows provided nothing but access for mosquitoes. After 2 hours of attempting to contact someone who worked at the hotel, my family and I had to search through Venice for somewhere else to stay. I was traveling with my elderly grandmother who suffers of high blood pressure and the heat was affecting her terribly. At 1:45 am we found another hotel that had availability (but cost a fortune). We had to leave, but before leaving we left a note stating the room we were in, our situation, and asked them to contact us as soon as they read the note (with contact information provided). Then came the next morning and no one had contacted us. Instead, my mother had to go into the hotel and ask them what was going on. At the end of it all, they did not have another room for us and refused to refund us, instead directing us to contact booking.com. We are still awaiting a response from booking.com on the matter.

They could’ve also put liquid soap at least to wash hands after toilet, it costs a little, but we had to ask for it, and they gave a little one time soap for all of us There are no enough spaces to charge the phones, so I had to charge it outside the room in the corridor on the floor

The location is very near the Train and water bus station There’re blood spots in the blanket, maybe it’d been reused without wash

Location. Ease of check in. Friendly staff Room 12 has a sink faucet issue in the room

Location was close to train. Where do I begin? There was no elevator so we dragged suitcases up a steep staircase. WiFi hardly works. The air conditioner was broken, but the remote was not; the staff person said it was working but it was clearly broken. An electric fan would have been fine. The were no windows so it was stuffy. There was a door that opened to a dirty and cluttered rooftop. The room looked cheap with shabby furniture painted flamingo pink. We didn’t feel safe leaving the rooftop door open at night. Overall, it was not worth what we paid for.

Location Too pricy, poor communication with staff

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

Perfect location At 3:40 in the morning somebody from the stuff started making noise, throwing bedclothes from the top floor, down the stairs. That was very unprofessional and irritating, we had a long trip ahead..
