Nothing to not like!

The property is superbly located with lots of restaurants to choose from just a few feet away. The metro, vaparetto and gondola rides are easily accessible within a 5 minute walk.The continental breakfast offers a wide of array of savories. My room was clean, spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking a garden. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend! The bathroom could use brighter lights. I ended up applying my makeup in the larger room which has ample lighting.

Nothing I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First, the soundproofing is extremely poor. I could clearly hear conversations, footsteps, and noise from neighboring rooms, which made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Second, the room photos are misleading. The listing shows rooms with a bathtub, but apparently whether you get one or not is purely a matter of luck. My room only had a shower, which was disappointing since I had specifically expected a bathtub based on the photos. Another unpleasant surprise was that the bottled water in the room was not complimentary. At a 4-star hotel, I would expect at least basic drinking water to be provided free of charge. The worst part of my stay, however, happened after I checked out. I accidentally left my iPhone charger and MacBook fast charger on the bed. I am 100% certain they were left in the room. I realized it the same day and called the hotel immediately so that my friend, who lives in Venice, could stop by and collect them for me. What disappointed me most was that the staff didn’t even seem willing to spend one minute checking the room. They immediately told me that nothing had been found. A MacBook fast charger is not inexpensive, and I find it unacceptable that a 4-star hotel would handle a guest’s lost belongings in such an unprofessional way. Whether it was negligence or something else, the complete lack of effort to investigate was extremely disappointing. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

Location cleanliness breakfast it was vet quiet which was deeply appreciated Staff was a little impatient with my questions. The room was about as big as a postage stamp. No place to put two suitcases. The bathroom door opened to the front door. Plastic cups -come on really.

Room was clean and quiet. Would have liked a larger room Was very expensive for a one night stay. Lovely area for walking around. Staff at front desk very helpful and took time to answer all our questions and help us get registered with a pass code for the water taxi. Room could have been larger. Staying in Venice for 2 nights before boarding our barge may have been even better to relax after jet lag. The room was also quite pricey.

It was located close to train station, water buses, bars that are open late, held bags after checkout, free breakfast, balcony yes is, and it was a great price. We couldn’t use an iron but that’s normal due to fire codes.

Very accommodating and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with classy attendant. Elevator was the greatest to have in this building !!! Room nicely done, clean and old Venetian style - charming. Some electrical outlets need fixing or replacing, they were loose for our plugs ?

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very helpful and flrienfly. We asked for a breakfast box since we had an early train, and everything was perfectly prepared. The location is excellent, close to the Central Station, and it's easy to get to, especially if you have a late evening or early morning flight. The breakfast is a bit modest for a 4-star hotel, but it's ok and you won't go hungry . Overall, we liked it very much. nothing

Ruuuuun away please!!!!? Better sleep in your car!!!!! I’ll attach photos because the rooms look nothing like the pictures online. I saw two rooms, and both were completely different from what was advertised. I booked a queen bed, was given twin beds, and the “queen” they offered later was barely larger than a single. Staff claimed the difference was “only 10 cm,” which is not true, so lets pretend that size doesn't matter, the entire hotel smell terrible. ? The rooms were very dirty, especially the bathroom, with visible mold. It felt so unhygienic that I didn’t even try the breakfast. I strongly recommend not eating there. The receptionist was also rude to me and other guests, making excuses instead of helping. Overall, not worth the price. I do not recommend this hotel.❌?‍♀️

The staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and the breakfast was honestly the worst we’ve ever had in a hotel — very limited options and poor quality. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Very convenient location next to the train station, shops, and restaurants. Walkable to everywhere. Breakfast was very good, and the front desk was very nice and allowed us to go into our room a couple of hours early instead of storing our luggage. The room we got definitely needed a refresh. Lampshades stained and headboard chipped. Definitely could use a coat of paint. It was on the first floor, and we found it very very noisy as we could hear everything on the floor above us. Those visitors were extremely noisy, and we didn't get a very good sleep.
