Great location, cute alley off Main Street We had to wait over an hour to get into the building even though we had messaged ahead when we were arriving. AC was only cool on one side of the room. Shower made entire bathroom wet

The hotel location is PERFECT for a Venice stay. Short walk to the train station, shuttle stop for the airport, water bus location and restaurants off the "tourist route." The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked GREAT. The rooms are small, but doable. Both bathroom showers and bathroom floors needed a deep clean (mildew in the grout and smelly). There was no TV in the rooms, but that isn't really important. We would stay again if in the city, for sure.

A/C unit in the unit was my favorite part! It was also very close to the train station and well signed. It has everything we needed despite being very basic. We couldn't even get into the property - door locked, phone number not accurate, and call button unresponsive - until 2pm. This was very frustrating in June heat with luggage in tow after online resources said we could stow our bags there.

It was close to the train station which made the journey in and out easy. It was quiet, on a lovely arched, wide alleyway. It had controllable air conditioning. Only saw an attendant once, but was able to check in and out over the phone easily.

Only the location. Very close from Sta Lucia Station The building is almost falling apart. Too old, too damaged. The room is not like the photos is so much worse, the bathroom is terrifying all covered by mold. Last day, while we were getting ready because of using a simple hairdryer, the power went suddenly off and we had to finish in darkness. Very bad experience

The room was good and the location was convenient. However, the bathroom was quite small, and the water pressure in the shower could be better. The cleanliness was acceptable but not exceptional. Overall, it offers good value for the price and is a reasonable option if location is a priority.

The location was great and the front desk staff was nice. The bathroom did not have an enclosed shower as shown in the Booking.com pictures. It was a plastic pan on the floor with a shower curtain - which smelled like urine when it got wet. There was no hot water for most of our stay - we were told to let the taps run a few minutes - which we did. Once we complained they turned on the second boiler but said no other guests complained making it sound like we were wrong. I’m at the age I know how to turn on a faucet. The toilet seat was broken and there was mold on the walls. Definitely would not have booked here if they showed what the rooms actually looked like. Not worth the money.

The silence as soon as you cross the courtyard’s entrance! Very close to train station, no bridges to cross! That I found the closet with the additional pillows with a mess. Giving me the impression that it was all used by the previous guest, not clean for our use.

It was very dirty, with someone’s black hair everywhere. There was no hot water, room is very small for 3 persons.

Great location No life (4th floor atic) (the staff left the window open, when we arrived the room was full of mosquitoes. Very little space for 3 people. Likks like for 1 person only. The wc gets wet after showering.

Close to train

Very very basic and very small room.

The location is excellent! The housekeeper was very nice! The building is old, as is everything in Venice, but clean and comfortable. The owner wouldn’t let us check in early, even though there were rooms available.

Great location. Quiet enough. No frills. First bed broken and had to re-room.

Location! The best!

The location is very good. You were within walking distance of everything you may need during your stay. The apartment smelt a bit musty.

The location is the best. The hotel is tiny and cute. I paid a cheap price and I think it was fair. The beds were comfortable and the room was really clean. There was a lot of space for storage, and the staff was very kind. We had a little issue with shower drain not draining, and we flooded the room 1 time. But my brother sorted that out and the stay was flawless after that.

Wonderful location next to Santa Lucia train station and right off the main strip! Close to everything wonderful breakfast places, and just the charm of Venice! Cris Lennon and we had our bathroom in our room which is a major plus! Really nothing to complain. The hotel was more than accommodating was our late arrival!
