Even for the price, it wasn’t great. It smelled like mildew and urine and the WiFi wasn’t working. I reached out to the host and none of the issues were resolved. I ended up checking out early.

What i didn't like is the fact in the commodities AC and a toster was "advertised" . I dont really care about the toaster but the AC had no remote and no other way to use it . After talking with the "manager" who aslo talked with the owner ( i dont understand why all this fuzz for such a simple thing) the remote arived at the place the third and final day. The best part was that it had no batteries so eventually we didn't use the AC. If you ask me it was necessary cause the heating system operates specific hours so if you want to chamge the temp in the room its actually impossible. Also there is no ventilation in the bathroom and that creates black mold really fast.

The place is clean. But it's run down and smells musty. It needs to be restored. It's not what we saw in the photos...

Location. The shower was extremely small and very mouldy. Had to put flip flops on to enter the shower. The shower had to be run for 5-10 mins before the hot water reached the shower. Leaving the apartment every morning was via a lane way where fish mongers cleaned their daily catch. Fish smell was pretty bad. Had to walk through the wet smelly lane way no other option available. Main bedroom had very old dirty bed head. Floor boards had gaps everywhere. Swollen cupboards. No internet whatsoever even though it claimed it had high speed internet. Look for other options.

The hotel is very easy to locate. Instructions are also very well given. It was a smooth check-in. Cosy room and well equipped kitchen. The owner are also very kind and understanding to grant us a late check-out. The bathroom is outside of our room. It wasn't convenient to me. Yes it's a private bathroom but its placed in front of the reception, which is not giving me much privacy.

The flat was clean and has a good location. The apartment was not very bad, but the following things made our stay not as good as it could be: 1) The furniture is in a bad condition. The leather upholstery on the bed is horribly frayed and it was unpleasant to sleep on this bed. The bunk bed and the chairs in the kitchen are not comfortable for the usage. 2) The bathroom and the toilet are very tiny and uncomfortable. The toilet seat is damaged and has been in need of replacement for a long time. 3) The water in the shower needs to be heated for about 10 minutes. 4) The fridge is awful.

Great location! Close to the train station and easy to walk to all the sites in Venice. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was easy to use. No hot water the first night but we were able to get it fixed by the second day.

Location was Perfect. Very close to stadion, Waters tram etc. Flat was nice, equipped with needwd staffs Shower was a bit claustrophobic

The location is fantastic, only 8 minutes walk from the station. Great communication with the owner. The flat is in a secure location , on the first floor and even if it's a small part of a large apartment it's very quiet at night. Comfortable beds. The flat is in need of some TLC. the toilet is at the entrance near the kitchen and the rest of the bathroom is on suite with the second bedroom where the shower is incredible small. For us not enough space to relax in the evening after a long walk, as the only furniture to sit on were the kitchen chairs. The smell of fish in the allyway is due to the fish market and doesn't effect the apartment. I can guarantee that they are washing the area every day.

There was an odour in the room while staying there.
